I had some antivirus switch up some firewall permissions in the past. I wonder if something similar could have been caused by some stuff I tested not long ago
Is there a way to check recent network configuration changes? Dont mind if I gotta look it up on the console terminal or in the window interfaces. Or at least a log of some recent changes. Surely Windows is making a log of that somewhere on my PC
I keep running into the same wall where I’m hyped for like two weeks and then I just have no energy with my body. Work and life burn me out, and by 6 PM the idea of lifting heavy objects or running sounds like torture. Been a hot summer too which doesn't aid. In winter time, a good workout warms me up, so that motivates me alone haha
Biologically, if you're running low on glycogen, your brain literally signals your central nervous system to make movement feel way harder to save fuel. Though the same sugars make me crash as well, so I tend to avoid consuming a lot of it. Would this signal to me that I might need to consume more sugar? Thinking maybe to have some yoghurt mixed with honey for this.. I have some creatine powder that I take with the yoghurt in a mix as it is
So for anyone who works a normal job or deals with fatigue from life, how are you tricking yourself into getting back to working out? Do you just force yourself through it, or am I setting my daily routine up completely wrong?

A gym buddy gave me a few gummies during workouts. They didnt taste too bad, though is this a better thing than using regular powder? I am already used to how my powder taste since I made a decent recipe with some apricot syrup in the mix. Wondering if I should get the gummies my gym pal recommended.

If I want to make my own smart home system independent from cloud servers. I see that I sort of can control it all with a chip linking the lamps, speakers, and thermostat. The thermostat is kind of hard to configure for now on my raspberry pi though got the lamps and speakers working.
I just realised this is running over Wifi with the setup I found from Github and midly adjusted.
What risks does it have? Seems like the most risk this has is someone blasting loud music over the speaker, though could they somehow infect my other computers through the smart system chip computer? That is my biggest question though curious about everything you guys have to add on such setups..
