Rewatching Stand Alone Complex and....

Within the space of 3 episodes (end of S1 and start of S2), the Tachikomas sacrificing themselves to save Batou and them being recruited again is 100% a roller-coaster of emotion. Still hits even on my like 4th watch :......)

I really feel like consistency is complete garbage. I compare it to sales - either someone is gonna buy something or not; in cs terms, either you team will help facilite your win or not. Also having a running consistency over all maps is also garbage as your may never play Anubis, get voted into it, then lose because you never play this map.

For example, I play overpass quite alot and have very good win rate, rating and consistency on it, but Anubis is the worst map in my pool and I get judged by the same metric as every other map, skewing my stats.

Pro teams don't have this issue as they will perma ban certain maps and thus ensuring getting rating and consistency over time. I do play premium and have the ability to ban maps, however I can only ban 2 maps and not 4.

It's 100% a rant and yes I need to dedicate time on my weaker maps, however it just feels like consistency should be separated between maps rather than it being an overarching metric like rating.
