How are people using the same skills in multiple rounds of the same match?

Skills are supposed be assigned to different slots depending on the mode, so let's say you slot Charge Blast into the Survival slot, then you can only use it for the Survival round and not anything else.

However, while playing a match, I saw someone use Charge Blast in all three rounds of the same match. And that's not even the first time I've seen something like this happen. How are they doing this?

The Canonical Fates of Chet, Breckon, and Charlie Revealed! (Spoilers for the comics)

Hello, TWDG subreddit. I'm an administrator for The Walking Dead Wiki. If any of you have been on in the past few weeks, you may have noticed a lot of changing happening within regarding the comic series characters, such as characters get last names or nameless characters getting names whereas they lacked them before. This is because recently, we've been in contact with a couple of developers of The Walking Dead: All-Stars and Match 3 Tales, two official mobile games of The Walking Dead. These developers were given full permission from both Skybound and Image to give names to these character that then translated over to their main comic counterparts, names that either matched their tv show counterparts, names that they made up, or names that Skybound themselves gave them.

Earlier today, we were given a full list of confirmed names. However, not only did they give us names, but also revealed that three certain individuals are characters who we either saw or heard of in the Telltale games. These characters being Chet, Breckon, and Charlie.

Chet Thompson

Starting with this sub's golden boy himself, Chet. I'm sure everyone is aware that Chet has two different fates, depending on your choices. If you leave Clementine's house at night, we see Chet as a walker. However, if you leave during the day, Chet survives and later leaves to go home for hot dish night at his mom's and we never see him again. Or so we thought.

As revealed by the devs (after being recommend by Skybound), we found out that even if you left during the day, Chet later died anyways, sometime after Lee and the others left the farm. He is one of the walkers placed in the barn who later break out in Issue 11. Chet is said to be the walker in the red shirt who eats Hershel's oldest daughter Lacey. His zombified self is shot in the head by Rick Grimes.

Breckon

Breckon, if that name doesn't sound familiar to you, I don't blame you. He was very briefly mentioned by Hershel after Shawn arrives back to the farm. "Ol' Breckon down the way thinks his mare's gone lame but that ain't nothing new." Fun fact, his name is a reference to Nick Breckon, one of the game's writers. Not so fun fact, Breckon is confirmed to have died and was placed in the barn as well. He is also one of the walkers who eats Lacey, the one in the green pants.

Charlie Parker

The boyfriend of James the Whisperer. In "Broken Toys", James shows Clementine a picture of his boyfriend Charlie if she says there's more to walkers. We know Charlie was part of the Whisperers with James, but previously that was all we knew, until now.

Turns out, Charlie was seen in Issue 173, as one of the last four remaining Whisperers after Beta's death. And just like the others, he is killed by fellow crossover character, Paul "Jesus" Monroe, after having a knife thrown through his head.
