Rant: Denied rent payment because suspect of curculation payment

I am selling my house and moving to another city. Found a basement suite to rent monthly before buying at the new place. Set up a new payment via Chexy. The payment go to review for 2 weeks. I had to reached out to speed things up. Then today they denied it saying this is circulation payment?????

Just because we have the same last name doesn't mean we are relatives.

What can I do about this.

Selling new built house without realtor?

Hi everyone, I got a new job in another city and need to move. I bought my house brand new 1 year ago. Because I have to compete with builders, I want to sell it myself to save the commission and not take a big lost. As even working with a reator, I don't think I would get much more. I just affraid that there will be 0 to none showing as realtor does not want to show myhouse. Do you guys think it's feasible? PS: anyone looking to buy a house in Eastbrook? DM me.

Hi everyone, I'm relocating from SK to Calgary soon because my husband's job requires the move. In SK we have SaskJobs, where most postings are legit.

In Calgary, beside LinkedIn and Indeed, what job boards or platforms are actually reliable for accounting/finance roles.

If anyone knows companies hiring or has openings in accounting, financial analyst, or similar roles, I'd really appreciate.
