Managing Perimenopause with Autism

I've been trying to get some insights from others who are also going through Perimenopause and what you are doing to manage, especially while juggling autism.

After my diagnosis, I went through a major burnout. My threshold for stress has been pretty low. Over the last 4 months my sleep started tanking. I was constantly waking up in a panic and was struggling to get restful sleep. Being sleep deprived, I started having a lot more panic attacks and anxiety all the time. Then the classic hot flashes.

I finally got some answers and that it's hormones. Perimenopause specifically. I was prescribed Pregesterone to start 100mg. I'm just nervous to start because I'm sensitive, but I feel like it's time to start.

Just wondering about others experience with HRT and if you have any advice.

Thanks!

Note: I'm also looking into MCAS, as I guess that can create similar issues. My OB GYN even suggested that to me.

How can I tell if I'm Psychic or Not

This is something that I've wanted to look further into for some time, and hopefully someone on here can maybe do a reading or give me some advice at least.

I'm wondering how you know if you are a medium or a psychic. Like how did you figure it out and how did you strengthen your abilities and intuition?

For a little extra context I've always had these sensitivities to certain things and environments. I've also had dreams come true, such as a radio image in my mind tuning into a certain station and playing a conversation that I had the very next day. Or I've had dreams about certain people and places that come true eventually, such as being with my current fiance and knowing I was going to be with him but it took 10 years to get there and as soon as the moment happened I recalled the dream. I've also had lots of deja vu or deja reve I think it's called moments.

I've also picked up on certain vibes from people and places that either felt very comfortable or very unsafe. And then a lot of paranormal type situations involving shadow figures and things.

So I mean I guess asking here like how do I know that's what I'm experiencing or how I distinguish that from just being neurodivergent. Unless being neurodivergent makes it just that much easier for us to be open to that.

My father passed away a little over a year ago from Parkinson's and after he passed I felt his presence with me for most of the year and then I had this dream that was almost like a flashback memory of when I was a child trying to cross a road on my bike with him, it was a busy road, and I got too scared and couldn't cross it and he had to come back and help me cross over. This time I couldn't go with him and it was like after that I haven't felt him near me at all and it's been really hard. However when I do certain things that remind me of him I feel that presence again.

I've actually had a similar dream to that after my dad's dog passed away and then about a week later my cat had to get put down and I had like a vision of a blue orb going over a bridge to meet a smaller orb and then crossing over together.

These two never met, but maybe there's a deeper meaning there.

Also, my sister had a psychic medium reading looking for peace about the family dog Rocket. They told her someone in the family needed to call out his favorite nickname, which I used to call him Rocky, because they couldn't find that person and because they were looking for a cat. This was a week before my old cat Smokey was put down. It was very interesting an orb came around my head in the bathroom towards my other cat Sophie after I called Rocky's nickname earlier that day. I caught it on camera actually.

Anyway sorry for the long post there's a lot of layers to this and I appreciate any feedback thank you! 💕

Mini Mulder's Office Build - Progress

Been working on this off and on when I have the energy and time for it.

There's a lot left to do, more furniture pieces to model and print out. For the time being,I wanted to just make it look a little more alive to get me excited 😊

I had fun making all the little details and paperwork pieces. Never had to do this kind of paperwork before 😅

EDIT: It didn't post all my photos I'll share more in the comments section 😊

Been gradually working on designing Mulder's office to build a Diorama.

Collecting images to make tiny props has been so much fun. All the pieces I'm putting together or collecting are on Tinker Cad if you want to print your own. I'll figure out how to share the PNG file for the documents down the road as well.
