M4 Allocation and Discounted MSRP

Can anyone in North America (Specifically Canada) chime in on the allocations left for the G82 2027 M4.

My dealer keeps saying they only have 1 spot left and when I ask them if more will be released they tend not to answer that part of my text. How true is this?

If going for an individual color, does this extend the production date for couple more months? I’d like to get my allocation but realistically I don’t mind and kind of want the car in late March to April (Spring) time.

Lastly they always say that M4 are more “mass-produced” than the M3 so has anyone gotten any discounts off their MSRP, whether it be a percentage or $. If so can anyone give me tips or things to say for this to happen. I understand that M3 are barely discounted but I’ve heard stories here that couple K has been taken off for the M4.

M4 Comp 2027 to Lease or Finance

I’m thinking about getting a 2027 M4 Competition through a BMW dealership, so I’d be able to customize it exactly how I want.

My biggest question is whether I’d want to keep it after the 4-year lease, or if I should just enjoy the hell out of it for those 4 years and then give it back.

Is it ever worth keeping a sports car once it’s out of warranty?

The MSRP is around $135K CAD, and my lease payment would be about $2,200 CAD/month (roughly $1,700 USD). After 4 years, I’d have paid around $110K, and the buyout/residual would be about $58K if I decided to purchase it.

I know BMW guys are really into keeping their cars pristine and preserving the mileage/value. But I’m coming from a beater Civic, and I don’t want to be the guy who barely drives his M4 because I’m worried about putting miles on it. If I get it, I actually want to enjoy it.
I’m 29, single, no kids, and I feel like this might be one of the few times in my life where owning a 2-door performance car makes the most sense.

I don’t know if I’ll have the same opportunity later in life once I have more responsibilities or enjoy the thrill I would now.

So what would you guys do? Enjoy it for 4 years and hand it back, or finance it and keep it long-term with the goal of eventually selling it.

I know how expensive these cars can be after warranty but
