08 CRF230L, After a jet kit I need to adjust the D shape screw. I ordered the silly D tool and it stripped the soft brass, tried a double D tool and same luck. What is the best way to take this bugger out or cut a slot onto it? The dremel blade is going to cut into the carb housing

I'm considering swapping out my 08 wr450f (platted) for something slightly smaller and more so less maintenance. Came from an xr400, and needed electric start due to bad back. The wr450 is perfect but my group rides a bit slow so this thing is chugging around running hot and drinking gas for no reason. It will be used 80dirt/20street. Single track, ohv trails and pavement to jump trails at elevation. I'm considering a drz400 s or e. Possibly a klx300 or crf300l. Current weight = 170lbs. Any suggestions is appreciated!
What's the best Convoy flashlight/led for mtb trail riding? What headlamp would you pair with it? Looking for 1800k to deter some bugs. Been using the Sofirn bs01 for pavement use. It's not bad but the 6500k temp is a moth magnet.

I'm looking at 2 budget MTB options for XC, mixed use ( gravel rd, lite trails, lite downhill) 29ers with M or L frame (5ft 10 height) I found a local Rockhopper in good condition, 3 yrs old for $500, or the new OT Ridge Pro for $600 (my max budget is $650) What is the better buy for my situation? The Ridge pro already having air forks, dropper, thru axles etc appears to be the winner - Please help!
Trying to pick out a budget friendly tinywhoop to freestyle around the house and work (In the woods) I was pretty sold on an Air 75 ii, but after seeing J.Bardwell's review on the betafpv P1/HD goggles - the Meteor75 Pro HD kit for $320 appears to be a winner for the price. Is there anything else I am missing? (Air75ii+RC pocket+Cobra xv4 = $475) I have a lot of time behind RC quads and planes but minimal time wearing fpv goggles. If I upgrade later I'll jump to the newest dji digital setup and have a friend use this kit, so I'm looking for lower budget that's good enough to have fun now and later.

I have an outdoorsy couple I want to gift some flashlights to. (Wedding gift) they bike, hike, boat, live in the woods etc. They currently walk their dogs with an LR40R... Gift budget $200‐300, possibly upto $400. Since they have a big fancy light I was considering pairs of more practical lights. HS21 headlight, HD10 or d4v2, lumintop keychain, maybe a T6 for edc, bs01 for the bikes. I can get all of that within budget, but I question if 1 or 2 higher priced lights would be better? - What light/s would you gift in this situation?
