I’m a strawberry blonde with fine, high density, hair. I always have it around shoulder length to collarbone length. There’s two major issues with my hair: it gets oily and tangled frequently. I’ll shower at night and my hair looks greasy the next day, I literally only use simple shampoo and conditioner. I hate having my blonde hair look brown due to how much oil my scalp produces. I hate my dry shampoo because it behaves like hair spray, making it much more difficult to brush it out and a horrible crunchy texture. I should only be combing my hair to reduce breakage, but I’m forced to go all out with my wet brush due to how tough the tangles can be. I get bedhead every morning and it’s a pain in the ass.
I’m looking for product recommendations to help reduce oil on my scalp and reduce/prevent tangles. Any dry shampoo that doesn’t add texture. I have sensory issues, which makes things difficult.
I have a senior Maine Coon named Loki, he just turned 18. Like any old kitty he has arthritis, for him it’s mainly in his hips. He was receiving Solensia shots from our vet for about a year, but stopped the shots a month ago because he stopped responding to it and there was a minor but annoying side effect. The vet agreed with my family’s plan to seek other alternative treatments for him, he’s the worse medication taker ever so that’s off the table. Got CBD for cats to try out for Loki, but I wonder about other options. Any recommendations for arthritis treatment?
Got a powerwasher from Costco but it’s a model that’s infamous for being impossible to start up. This year I see this powerwasher at my Costco, I don’t want to get ripped off again. So is it a good power washer or is there another model you’d recommend? Plan to power wash my yard.
