Is there a command to remove frames like this?

I want to choose a specific pixel of a video and remove all frames where the color isn't what I want it to be. Is this possible with ffmpeg?

Does anyone know how one could extract the Steam Controller icons?

I extracted these by saving the config screens as .PDFs, but is there a better way to go about this? They kinda look like crap up close, but I don't know if that's because of the limitation of the .pdf or if they're just like that. I also couldn't figure out how to get the trigger half press icons to look how they do (they're just squares here).

UPDATE: Found them in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\controller_base\images\api

Why is it that my laptop can run Star Wars Battlefront 2017 at 960x540 no problem but running OpenMW at 800x600 and lowest settings it can't keep a steady 60fps?
