Exhausted In The Afternoon On Days I Go To The Gym In The Morning
On the days I workout around 9-11am, I get extremely exhausted around 5-6pm. This is the time that I would typically have an energy spike but when I go to the gym in the mornings I find it very hard to function in the afternoon. I get brain fog and physical fatigue. I am getting enough sleep. I don't think I am dehydrated... Is it what I am eating? Or could it be something else? Even if you don't have a suggestion on what it is, any tips on how to recharge my battery so I can accomplish some things before bed would be very helpful!
