Does anyone know a good voice amplifier? Here’s my problem there’s a lot of great ones on the market but they all advertise having amazing sound quality and I’m looking for something that has that crunchy militaristic sound that Star Wars/boba fett is known for. If anyone has any suggestions, personal favorites or anything that could possibly point me in the right direction please let me know. Thank you!
I’m having trouble finding a good voice amplifier for my Boba Fett cosplay that gives it that iconic crunchy sound. All the ones that I find all advertise being super high-quality and that’s kind of not what I’m looking for. A lot of amplifiers just sound like someone’s normal voice amplifier without any distortion and I want an amplifier with a little bit of distortion to get that iconic sound. Any suggestions? Personal picks?

Starting my Boba Fett cosplay and I have no idea what these are called. I have normal utility urban combat boots but I need to find where I can purchase these leather attachments for them. Any suggestions?

I’ve seen a lot of people asking attendees and cosplayers what they do for work so I was just curios. Personally I’m a barista and a valet driver.
I want to start a cosplay instagram and or tiktok but I want to keep that separate from my personal instagram. I know I shouldn’t be embarrassed, but I just don’t really need people who went to my high school or anyone really to see it honestly. I want to keep it completely separate. I know that might be virtually impossible but that’s alright. Did anyone else find themselves in the same situation and find a way to do that? Is one platform better than the other at keeping them separate? Also I have about 2 completed cosplays, should I wait till I have more finished before making an account. Am I overthinking this? Any feedback is very welcome :)

TW: dieting
I’m currently on a hard cut and I want to try and keep my cut on lock as much as possible while I know there is a chipotle about five minutes away (301 w Olympic blvd) and I plan on hitting up that chipotle every day that I’m going, but I’m also cosplaying and I would be really nervous to be in chipotle in cosplay by myself lol. If anyone’s experience who’s been anywhere outside of the con, but still close by would I stick out like a sore thumb awkwardly?? lol I’d go anyways but I need to know if I should mentally prepare myself. Thank you!!!
Update: i’m considering looking into some of the food vendors at AX and see if I can find any more plain like fish and rice or chicken etc. I’ll tip extra if they weigh it out for me as well. I’m also going to the Starbucks for my caffeine fix and a egg white thing

I was originally just going to buy a black polo with a tighter fit, cut off one of the sleeves and partially cut the collar but every polo has that weird dotted texture on it and I hate it. So I’m trying to find compression shirts, but none of them have a collar and a little split so then I look for dress shirts, but they all button all the way down. I can never find one that’s a tight fitted shirt with two buttons and a collar for some reason they just don’t exist. Can anyone help me?
Probably not the best sub for this but I was actually just wondering how do you guys make friends who cosplay online? I’m (m20) from the 805 in SoCal and my city has NO cosplayers what so ever. If anyone is from there or the surrounding areas or just want to be friends, please let me know.
