Hormone fluctuations worsening/causing flares

I am very sensitive to hormone fluctuations lately. Especially at the end of my cycle and ovulation.

I noticed that high doses of vitamin C help me with food reactions. I can tolerate chocolate, bread etc better. But once hormones do their thing I wake up bloated or go to bed bloated even if I fasted the last 9 hours.

I can't be bothered to buy more suppliments at the moment. A H1 blocker doesn't help. I haven't yet tried H2.

I cannot handle chamomile. Red onion peel tea doesn't do anything for me? Maybe I should've drank more.

Any tips on how to calm down flares fast that are not caused by food?

Thanks ❤️

Tips on how to stay safe?

I'm in my early 20s and it's my first time going to places alone. I usually go out in groups or with family since I was very little but now I want to go do stuff alone too without nagging someone to come with me. I still love company and very much prefer it but also some independence.

Any tips for staying safe when travelling or just going around town? I need like extreme basics. Like what you would teach your daughters. Cause I don't have any female family I can ask...

I carry pepper spray, have cash, phone numbers written down always. I live in a pretty safe city but still helps to be sure.

I try not to go anywhere at night and pay extra for nice public transport when doing so.

Thanks in advance : ))

Weird reaction to magnesium?

I've tried magnesium citrate, epsom salts and elemental magnesium. All of them give me this heavy limbs and whole body feeling which follows by a bad mental state. Almost depressed. Vitamin C caused me the same thing a while ago. Also extreme low blood pressure.

Haven't had a test yet, but I suspect I have slow COMT due to the signs. But now I'm wondering if It's the opposite? I've always had a hard time handling stress. Makes no sense.
