Can I use a preexisting audio to record a png tuber?

Downloaded pngtuber mini and I wanted to use it with a prerecorded audio for a YouTube video but idk what software people use for those kinds of things, could I get a recommendation?

Why are my files on PNG Tuber PLUS not opening up

Hi new user trying to make a sprite, Im using an apple computer and I followed a few tutorials and when I try to press escape to upload files I just get an error message, and then when I try to go to the library internally inside the png tuber application certain folders aren't showing up to upload the sprites, is there something I miss for uploading all the parts of my sprites or does png tuber plus just not favor apple products?

Are any places actually hiring?

Hi Port Orchard resident here, Im 20 years old and I need some extra cash before going to college in the fall and Ive applied to 50 jobs on indeed but everybody's accepting applications but not hiring even when I call. I know a lot of specific companys require you to look at their website or there are places that Im just not looking. I have 6 years of customer service and Im very experienced with phones. Im not picky, do you know any jobs or is your place hiring?

Important question about upcoming student with last semester left of college

Upcoming student here Im in a bit of a predicament here so I wanted to ask the opinion of the public or people that are a little bit more experienced. I am at my last semester attending the Northwest College of Art and Design, I applied on my FAFSA as an independent student (because of diseased parents) and I know it could be easily transferred so I can get grants and scholarships at UW.

I wasn't happy with the education that I got at NCAD and would like something that challenges me more, brings more opportunities so I wanted to pursue more education regarding their Cinema and media studies. My problem is is that I still want to do everything that I can to get as much funding from the state, scholarships and stuff because I do not have any external help for my education. I contacted a member from the UW office of student financial aid they said that they prioritize students without a bachelors and first year students and they qualify for more funding, more scholarships and grants. My question is is that if I DROP OUT of NCAD even after one semester left would I at all be lucky to be considered a first bachelors or a first year student. I might be sneaky and just say that I got no education and just put my high school transcript and pose as a first year student. I need to know in the next three months whether or not to complete and get this degree. Do I need to talk to more advisors or something I need to know an idea of what my direction is here. Thank you for your time and consideration :)
