I've got a 19x19ft chicken coop from the previous owner. How to turn it into a goose coop?

I mean maybe it should be a sedan, but either way it's a 19x19ft area. Very well fenced in. Inside is got a classic red barn style chicken coop and watering.

I am thinking about getting some geese next spring to help keep the orchard trimmed.

How can I best set this up for them?

Are there any good brands of Mexican ham or hot dogs?

Mexican ham and hot dogs that I've had in California and Mexico have always been like way worse than even the budget dollar store brand. Like the worst plastic tasting flubby gelatinous crap that makes you feel awful afterwards.

What is the smallest off set stick burner to consider?

I have a 22" kettle and love it. I was looking at off set stick burner smokers and everything I see that's quality holds enough for a like 20 people.

Does it not make sense to use a wood fired off set smoker if your just cooking for 2-4 people? Should I just stick with my kettle?

The trails near me are within biking distance, so I ride my bike there on the road. What reflectors and lights to use when I come home in the dark?

I know it's the fashion to have no reflectors or lights at all. That's great for the crowd who uses a vehicle to transport their bike to the trail head and only ride on MTB only trails.

I happen to live like right near a great MTB trail that parallels the paved bike path, but I need to ride a bit on the street to get there. So what reflectors and lights would be best?

I don't do crazy jumps and I'm not trying to enter as a red bull rider. So I don't need anything extreme. I just sometimes stay out on the trail till late and come home at dusk or even go to the brewery to have drinks with friends after.

I got a smoking deal on a Salsa Notch Deore full suspension with a Bosch gen4 CX for $3.5k.

Now I haven't ridden a bike in 15 years and I'm probably just going to stick to easy green trails. At this point in my life I'm too old for crazy jumps and prefer not to risk breaking bones.

Should I return it and get something cheaper? My typical ride is like 3 miles paved path to another 3-6 miles of dirt trail double track. There's a single track running parallel to that, but my skills are not up for it currently.
