Is it some weird-looking house or apartment building - or some sort of event venue, or an observation tower? I’m not sure what’s going in there, exactly - but what I do know is that it’s connected to the bridge by a boardwalk path of some kind, but I couldn’t walk down it due to it being blocked off by a construction fence. Anyway, has anyone in or around Omaha heard of what the structure in these photos is, or will be?
