Just did a 22 mile loop in pictured rocks national lakeshore where I had no service and came out of the woods to a Guardians loss, BUT I did carry Jose with me and get a backcountry photo for you guys 😂
This is a huge series for the Guardians. Possibly the two most exciting young pitchers in the game not named Misiorowski. I’m a Cleveland homer through and through, but I love this Tolle kid. He is everything that makes baseball good. Just a dude having fun playing a game.
Since I recently invaded your feeds with coffee-less, card-less ballgame photos, here are the best cards we pulled while we were at the game! Baseball border Manzaddy and a Shohei wrecking crew insert! We PC both, so it was a really awesome ballpark rip. Back to your regularly scheduled caffeinated cardboard!
Apologies for the TL;DR here.. I’ve been backpacking a long time and am almost always a hammock camper. I have always had good sleep whether it was my first ENO setup, my UL hummingbird combo, or my most recent Dutchware hellbender, but I for the life of me CAN NOT get good sleep in a tent. I have a Nemo Hornet osmo 1p, a Nemo tensor UL long/ wide, and just keep waking up all throughout the night any time I’ve ever used it. I tried a sea to summit Aeros pillow last night bc I’m a side sleeper and thought the extra thickness would help (it was an improvement but still woke up a ton). I’m 6ft 200lbs. Am I just too big for the tent? I’m up against the walls and it gathers a lot of condensation. Tbh I’m totally happy just hammocking, but it would be nice to have a ground option that works for me when there aren’t trees. Any feedback would be very much appreciated.

Did a little Costco box rip with the kids to shake off the horrendous Guardians loss I witnessed last night. The José heavy lumber is not from the rip, but we decided he should watch over us 😂
Ripped 3 megas while on vacation last week and am not horribly disappointed with the results! Definitely a fun rip (despite the price on these). TBH the best part was my 3yo running around the house to make sure everyone saw the TWO José’s he pulled 🤣 There was also a Sam Basallo Arrivals I somehow forgot to include..

Got this insanely cool die cut Bowman chrome Travis Bazzana for the PC just in time for his 1st multi homer game! Now I’m gonna rip these couple of chrome platinum blasters with my kids for Father’s Day!
So I THINK I’ve pulled a Shohei image variation just now BUT there is a gigantic scratch right across the whole front. Is this worthy of submitting a defect claim?

This has been kindof insane. I can’t believe how many (relatively low) numbered cards came out of these boxes. The inserts are all very cool. Gonna try and set build AT LEAST the double header ones.
The only one that has me scratching my head is the Bregman gold border prism refractor. Is it SP? It isn’t numbered.

Been doin some ramblin since the weather got nice and realized it’s been a while since I chimed in here!
Anyhow, I’m camping out here on a cliffside site on the Lake Erie island of Put-In-Bay, Ohio and figured I’d share my son’s card of “Crush” from Finding Nemo that I use as a bookmark when I’m in the woods. The Disney rips are great for kids!

First time trying out these pro-mold one touch cases that can hold a card in a penny sleeve, and I gotta say I am SOLD! I have a bunch of cards that I considered to be a little too good for a top loader, but never liked the idea of putting a card in a one touch without a sleeve (especially the chromes). These things are sweet and even though they’re pretty expensive, I’d say way worth it for PC cards that I’d like my kids to still have when they’re my age.
Normally I’m strictly baseball & hockey, but I grabbed 2 blasters of the new Topps chrome football and I’d say I did pretty well! Didn’t expect a numbered card at all, and the Waller color match is pretty cool. Really liking the inserts and pulled a few nice rookies (especially happy with the Sanders & Sampson as a Browns fan).
