Sandal recommendation for 2E feet with skinny ankles - Crocs and Hoka Clifton 10 Xtra Wide are my daily wears

I have a wedding coming up but also, it is getting close to summer and I would like to invest in a couple of pairs of sandals - one for going on the beach and the other for a wedding later this year. The beach sandals are more important at the moment.

I could wear my crocs, but I am hoping to have something more aesthetically pleasing at the beach lol

I have considered the Crocs Brooklyn, but since the front straps are not adjustable, I have no way of knowing if they would fit me.

Preferences are a back strap, known wide front straps or adjustable front straps, and no thong between the big and second toe, just can't handle it lol.

I also would really like to be able to order from Amazon, but I know that might not be realistic. I won't be wearing them for a huge amount of hours at a time, more like casual wear and not too frequently. So I would be ok with a cheaper brand like FitVille. I have some mild arch pain, and my ankles are usually so skinny that they pop up out of ordinary sneakers. For whatever reason, Hoka Clifton 10 2E wides and ordinary crocs don't bother me.

Thanks for any help. I am not into fashion so usually don't care lol

I am waiting for a July appointment with a new Cardiologist but in the meantime my PCP ordered a CAM monitor for 2 weeks. The lady who put it on told me to press the button when I'm having an episode but she wasn't really able to define what an episode is.

For reference, I've had shortness of breath mostly correlated to my heart rate staying too high for too long. Sometimes the shortness of breath is without the heart rate being too high but it's weird. I've had an echo, pulmonary function test, blood tests, chest CT with contrast and have seen a pulmonologist. My lungs are great and my heart looked great on the echo. My PFT was good as well with the only thing noted that I was tachycardic for an extended period of time after walking.

So now we're thinking something with the heart. Lots of arrhythmia in my family so it makes sense. But how do I know when to press the button? I usually get a pretty high heart rate (120-130) just from walking around. Sometimes it stays high (over 100) for half an hour or longer after sitting down. Do I press it as soon as it seems high? Or when it's been too high for too long? My normal resting is 65-75. I'm mildly out of shape but used to being able to walk for hours a day without heart/breath issues so this is somewhat new. I just want to do this right so they get the info they need. TIA!

I want to start physically journaling as I seem to do better getting stuff out with that. I am considering getting a lap desk, the type that goes over your knees while sitting upright(ish) in bed so I can handwrite in a journal, but want to make sure that's the right thing for me before spending money on it.

I have seen the ones with pillows but I am worried I'll lose feeling in my legs but also will have to look down too much and it will strain my neck. That is one reason why I don't like doing it in my office. That and my office is, well, my office. I have an adjustable bed that I can sit up in. I just need a more natural writing angle and I'm not really sure what to get.

Usually buy from Amazon but willing to look elsewhere if you have better ideas.

TIA!
