I need a fabricator/welder to do this the right way. Would be using new material for the screen.

I haven't skated since the early 2000s... back when k2 was top of the line. Now my kid is a skater and ready for some stunt skates... whats the difference between the styles?

This is what i was sent. They said it has a hard downshift. Is this a common problem with a known fix, or should i walk away?

Primary Complaint:

Transmission downshifts harshly (violent bang/thud) and then immediately goes into limp mode. The Check Engine Light and transmission MIL are illuminated.

Background Work Performed (Outside Shop):

The valve body and Tiptronic shifter electronics were recently replaced. The problem improved slightly but was never fully resolved. The transmission adaptation/relearn procedure may not have been properly completed after the repair.

Existing Fault Codes (VCDS Scan Attached):

· P0732 – Gear 2: Incorrect Ratio (Intermittent, MIL ON)

· P1579 – Throttle Actuator Adaptation Not Started (Intermittent)

Customer Suspicions:

· Improper transmission adaptation/relearn after valve body replacement.

· Possible installation error or solenoid mismatch on the new valve body.
