I’m new to the healthcare clinic field and I want to change up my style and dress for my body type (currently overweight) with a chicken neck and over filled lips.
Could this go in my book of high thoughts?
A screenplay isn’t a novel.
Instead of:
She feels nostalgic.
You write:
She runs her fingers across the faded postcard.
SHOW.
Don’t tell.
What else could you “ show” in fifteen seconds?
How would you compose it? I’m thinking quick photos with a short clip of the scene during the photo like a Live Photo. Kind of like the hang over at the end when you already know what they did but the photos filled in the gaps?
What show intros can you think of?
Why do they stick with you?
