Can't watch whenever Sophie comes onto the scene!

Honestly no personal hate to anyone but, I honestly cannot stand Sophie, the voice, the dialogues, the actress, the expressions everything is sooo annoying. I just watch this series on the background while working and Sophie just spoils the mood.

Can someone pls suggest me a similar show but without Sophie like character

Pls let me know if I need to improve my diet during the cut.

12pm - RiteBite Protein Bar (30gm)

3pm - Fruit Bowl + ABC Juice

7pm - 17gm Protein Yogurt

9 to 10.30pm - Gym

11pm - 4 eggs + 300gm white rice + 1 bowl curry (different veggies wtv i get in Pg) + 1 bowl dal

I know this is not perfect, but this is what has been working for me since I am usually only hungry at night and need sleep (white rice makes me full so that's not replacable, very hard to sleep without it) but worried i might be messing something.

How do you do excersices when your obese?

Excersices like the ones targetting lower back, if you do them wrong, they could cause a lot of issues later on l and usually there are only few excersices you could do for lower back when you are obese. Like i have a desk job and i fear for my lower back (Ps: Please do list down few if you have done them when obese and did not cause any issues.)

Also, are we supposed to do leg excersices twice a week, heard overstraining them might cause knee issues. Would it be fine if I did them once a week in a 5 day a week schedule.

What all excercises should you be careful with or which body part should you be carefull with when working out as an obese person? Could some experienced folks let us know few gym tips we should be carefull about while losing weight?

Also honestly this subreddit is soo good, the other threads with advices on weightloss are a goldmine, one tip about skipping a meal (I skip breakfast) is helping me soo much in hitting my calorie deficit.

Edit: 209 pounds, 172cm

So tired of the hectic culture in just a year.

Its been an year since I joined amazon as a L4. At first learnt a lot honestly, coming from a startup the processes felt more deterministic, accountability for your work, hectic yes but I knew it before joining. But the 5 day wfo is def taking a toll, right now, I don't feel like I am learning a lot, its saturated, taking a leave feels like a crime, the push to use kiro feels like the work has degraded of many team mates and this in turn puts pressure on you to deliver faster cause of the dreaded stack ranking.

Came to a different city (bangalore) for the job, the expenses are super high. But honestly everything apart, I just hate the 5 day wfo culture it feels so useless to travel in that heat and traffic to do essentially the same thing you could've done at home. The food in the canteen is sub par with no flavours 😭 sorry if this feels like nitpicking, but feel soo jealous looking at the perks the other Faang counterparts get.

Not sure what I am trying to tell here but its more of a rant like these problems would've been fine as well if not for the threat of random pip/layoff. I get it that layoffs are now common across the industry but I feel amazon is even less forgiving, The random stuff that gets tracked here, seeing how many cr's you published a week is sooo dumb its such a bad metric. Anyways what should I do here, should I try to switch? should I wait for a promo (seems quite hard in my team)? Will wait for 10mins while yall review my post 😵‍💫
