bought a bike from someone I thought of as a good freind let them borrow it and now they keep delaying or making excuses to return it. long story short Im pissed its considered a civil matter and police wont get involved so Im looking for a new bike, it was getting old anyways

Im locked out of my steam account, its do to steam guard having suddenly logged out I forgot the password and use a password key, I entered the wrong password and then created a support ticket I then entered what information I had, this is a 15 year old account so alot of the oldiest information is gone do to having changed emails several times. I gave them my name last 4 digits of of my current debate card and current email. I then checked my password manager and disovered I had a second copy of a password it worked. I changed the email to my current email and an gmail account that wasn't borked.
when I later tried to log in I discovered all my accounts have been logged out, I tried my password and it didn't work I later checked my email , and steam had sent me a message saying they believed my account was compromised and had changed the account password and sent a new email with the information. I could not find this email, I have no idea what email they sent it to, I've had 2 other passed emails I used. steam has not replied to my email telling them it wasnt compromised.
am I just permanently locked out ? thats about 290 games I lost.
