Best way to cover this without starting from scratch?

I made 7 poplar windowsills for my new house. It’s an old 1895 log cabin. Nothing is square. I accounted for that when I was making the cuts along the window, most of them are longer on one side than the other. I didn’t account for them getting wider towards the window. Not I’ve got these gaps on a few of the windowsills. I’m hoping someone has a solution that isn’t just starting from scratch, since this wood costs an arm and a leg in my area. Thank you

Found my notebook I used at GD60 for the set lists!

My mom used to carry a notebook with her and write down the set lists along with stars for her favorite songs and little anecdotes about what her favorite moments were and questions about what the fuck was even going on sometimes, so I decided to do the same. Lost the notebook for a while and just found it again.

Awesome to look back at it and remember it all. NFA.

Best way to pull up boards without ruining them? 2 inch cleats. I have to get back to the red circle to fix a high spot

First timer here. My house is old and the layers of subfloor took a ton of work to get level. Shimmed and patched a ton but got it in pretty good shape. I spent all day installing flooring today and now realized that there is a pretty bad hump in that spot that I am going to have to fix. There is a big bump in the subfloor there. This is 3/4” red oak put in with 2” cleats. What is the best way of pulling up all of these boards without ruining them so I can just put them back?

The house I just bought had some new floor joists added. Are these actually doing anything?

This house is from 1895, it’s an old log built cabin turned house, basically. The seller paid to have some new floor joists added, to solidify the floor a bit. I was expecting joist handlers on these. Just need some input from someone who knows what they’re talking about. Thanks so much in advance

The house I bought had bowing in the basement walls. The seller paid to have them reinforced, can someone explain this type of reinforcement to me?
