Changing return origin but keeping same long-haul flight?

Has anyone had experience asking Lufthansa to change the origin of a return trip while keeping the existing long-haul flight?

I currently have a return itinerary:

CMN → FRA → SFO

My plans have changed and I'll already be in Europe, so I'd like to ask Lufthansa to change it to:

FRA → SFO

I know I can't simply skip CMN → FRA, so I'd be asking Lufthansa to officially change/reissue the ticket with FRA as the new origin.

Has anyone done something similar with Lufthansa? If so, did they allow it, and were you charged a fare difference/change fee?

For context, current SFO–FRA round-trip fares for roughly my travel period are actually lower than what I originally paid, although I realize that doesn't necessarily mean the reissued fare would price the same way.

Mostly looking for real-world experiences before I call. Thanks!

10-day Morocco itinerary (5 months pregnant) – would love feedback!

Hi everyone! My husband, my mom, and I are traveling to Morocco at the end of September. I'll be about 5 months pregnant, so we're looking for a good balance of seeing Morocco while keeping the pace comfortable. We intentionally decided to skip the Sahara on this trip.

Here's our current plan:

  • Sept. 25–28: Marrakech (arrive early morning, attending a wedding, plus one full sightseeing day)
  • Sept. 28: Early morning flight to Fez
  • Sept. 28–30: Fez (2 nights)
  • Sept. 30–Oct. 2: Chefchaouen (2 nights)
  • Oct. 2: Drive to Tangier → Al Boraq train to Casablanca
  • Oct. 2–3: Casablanca (1 night)
  • Oct. 3: Explore Casablanca during the day, then fly home that evening

A few questions:

  1. Does the Chefchaouen → Tangier → Casablanca travel day seem reasonable, or is it too ambitious?
  2. Is a couple hours enough time in Tangier?
  3. Are there any can't-miss stops, restaurants, or experiences along this route?
  4. Any advice for traveling in Morocco while ~20 weeks pregnant?

Thanks so much!

Could this be it?

My breast have felt heavy and more sore than usual over the past 3-4 days. Late last night, I noticed very light cramping and this morning I noticed light pink blood when I wiped. I decided to test (at 12 DPO) and sharing the results here. Is this a very faint line?
