Those who didn't go to college how did you find a gf?

I'm 19M working in a male-dominated job and never had a gf before. Reading stuff online lots of people say at around my age is the best time to find a gf as most people would be in college with lots of women around. Except that for me I'm in a male-dominated job so on a regular day there's basically no opportunities to be around any women and in general I would have way less chances of meeting women compared to the average 19 year old. For others who are/were in my position, how did you find a gf?

What's the process of creating a social circle?

I've officially made it to 19 without a single friend or gf. Right now I'm trying to get a few friends and then later find a gf, but I'm not sure exactly what to do. I've joined hobby groups as recommended online and talked to quite a few people there but all that happens is we talk for a couple minutes and then nothing happens afterwards. It seems that almost everyone has made their friends naturally over the years but I still need to try and research how to even do such a basic task in life. At this point it seems like there is something obvious that I'm missing. I don't want to end up at 30 still in this situation.

How to improve social life despite everything else in my life going well?

I am 20M. I have a job, multiple hobbies, go to the gym, and it seems like in all the major facets of life I have been doing well in. But I haven't had a friend since elementary school and never had a gf. It seems disheartening that so many people who are objectively behind me in life have a lot of friends and a gf but I have struggled a lot with both. What should I be doing to fix this problem? I would prefer answers that explain it step by step as I have read multiple answers online where people say to just go put yourself out there or to just start talking to someone.

How to find a gf in my situation?

I am 19M, currently working full-time. I have never had a gf before and not sure what I should do to change it. I have hobbies which I go to, my hygiene is good and I've been going to the gym for a while. But my social circle is extremely small, as I only have a couple of friends who I only speak to online. I'm not really sure what exactly I need to do to improve my social circle and to find a gf. Could anyone who has been in a similar situation in the past provide some tips on what I should do?

I'm 19M and since I was a kid until now basically only guys talked to me. Not a single girl ever talked to me at all unless we were paired into a group by a teacher. Even then it would just be a very brief sentence, and they would rarely look at me. Of course I'm aware that women usually initiative conversation less with men but it seems disproportionate to other guys. For other guys they naturally made friends with men and women. But for me I have made friends with a decent number of guys over the years but not a single girl. Even though a lot of my male friends would have some female friends. In any situation the only people to initiate a conversation with me are men and I notice that women would never look my way or mention me in any situation. My hygiene is fine and my looks are decent I have been told by people. So is it just something specific about me that is causing this to happen?
