Hey folks, pretty self-explanatory. I’m looking to make a saturnine praetor and accompanying command squad and I’m curious if anyone is aware of any Alpha Legion-flavored STLs or 3rd party upgrade kits for em. I’ve found bits for nearly every other kit, just not these fellas.
To be clear, not begging for free stuff, just looking for leads.

Hey folks, I’ve been avoiding basing a lot of my Salamanders, most of them, because I just can’t manage to pull off convincing lava. But I’ve grown a lot since I started painting a year ago and I’m ready to give it a go.
How do y’all achieve convincing lava without an airbrush? I don’t necessarily need OSL with it, just need to be able to paint convincing lava pools n swirls and such on bases and around tactical rocks and all that.
Pics of my most recently-painted gentlemen for attention. Painted the Librarian’s tactical rock as obsidian, like he’s about to launch a barrage of it at a crowd of Boyz or something.
Hey folks, I’m looking to see if anyone’s found a rough approximation of Kantor Blue with which to paint up the Celestial Knights Stormhost, but with either a gloss or metallic finish. I know I can effectively replicate it with a metallic medium like Vallejo’s applied to Kantor blue, or satin varnish after it’s all painted, I just wanted to put some feelers out.
I got a couple WIPs here (I have since stripped because the blue felt too flat) and some low-pixel official art of the color scheme, and I’m open to any suggestions of color/texture y’all have for other parts of the scheme not covered in official art (fur, gems, etc).
