I don't understand what happened. Everything i sent to them was true and accurate. And suddenly this. I've never heard of this. The only thing I could think of is that I was trying to get a passport, and my references didn't call people back. I called two of the references, and they called them, they said. Could that have anything to do with? Help - I don't know what to do
