i have a yorkie and shihtzu poodle mix. my poodle has had issues with constant licking & scratching for YEARS. it drives me crazy, sometimes i can’t sleep through the night, i just go nuts. ive even tried giving him calming bites by zesty paw because i literally wont be able to sleep, but it doesnt work.
i’ve talked to the vet about this sooo many times. of course what comes up is allergies… so they finally gave him a shot recently but it didn’t make any difference.
we’ve changed his food so many times, even cooked his food at one point. nothing changed. i also give him baths on a weekly basis.
what confuses me is if i leave my dogs with my girlfriend at home for a couple hours, my poodle won’t scratch or lick or anything AT ALL. he will rest, and my girlfriend doesn’t have to tell him anything. but minutes after i get home, he’ll start rampantly scratching, licking, not being able to leave himself alone for the rest of however long until i leave the house again.
what is this? how do i go about this? i’m not sure what to do
does UE have something like DD where you can basically justify the reasoning behind being late for an order and get the poor rates knocked off right away?
i’ve had several orders lately where i was late simply because of a major event that’s been happening for over a week now near me, and it’s caused tons of traffic
do you find that working 9am-1pm is more profitable than 1pm-4pm on weekends? or how about 11am-2pm?
i’d like to make $100 before 5pm!

i just started UE a few days ago and i’m on my 5th order that’s gotten stolen… no joke. every single one of these orders had pay like $19 for 4 miles, $22 for 3 miles, $17 for 5 miles…
am i supposed to avoid these orders? how do i know these are more likely to be stolen? and why on earth are people stealing these orders when they could be getting paid instead?!
did he not just tell me he’ll ensure my cancellation rate doesn’t get impacted?? am i stupid?? how do yall work around these situations so your CR doesn’t get affected
to not get paid for an order you actively drove for & worked on when it’s not your fault that it was cancelled is crazy… atleast doordash will compensate you .
i’m so frustrated. i’ve strictly stuck with doordash for years now but have started multi apping with ubereats. its been less than 72hrs of driving with UE and im currently on my 4th order with issues regarding orders either being stolen or not found in the restaurants system. i’ve dealt with stolen orders with DD, but its only once in a while that this happens (not even a bi weekly basis thing). it is so frustrating. does anyone else experience issues this bad driving with UE?? it’s not fair to the driver or customer, not to mention trying to get ahold of support OTP on busier days…
i’m insured under my parents so my name isn’t on my insurance card. for some reason, i’m also not on the declarations page. apparently it’d increase our premium or something if my name was on there. how can i work around this so i could deliver with uber?
my pcp told me all she can do in regards to helping me get an endo diagnosis is writing me a referral for an MRI. i got a referral, scheduled an appointment, but then had to cancel because my insurance denied the request. i know MRIs aren’t definitive so i wasn’t really thrilled anyway but it was a step in the right direction.
anyway, if my pcp can’t help me move forward in getting a larpascopy, what doctor can? or what can i do to finally get ordered a larp? my obgyn isn’t worth sh!t either.
i’m really tired of parker and dean giving people like liv & mar attention. they kick everyone else off who doesn’t meet debate criteria so why not them too? i know they recognize their accounts in the guest box and they still let them up… it’s gotten old.
i see crazy unicorns get posted in this sub all the time (screenshots of the offer prior to accepting). my question is, why does DD show yall the true pay but my unicorns are always hidden? i won’t know im completing a unicorn until after i completed the order.
example: i got an offer the other day that showed as $18 for 6 miles. i ended up getting paid over $40 upon completion (it wasn’t an added tip. this was the OG pay).
and i’ve never gotten a single offer that showed as anything higher than that unless it was a stacked offer
i don’t have a diagnosis for my high stomach acid so feel free to offer suggestions as to what this could be. the last few months have been absolutely horrible for me in terms of symptoms/pain.
i’m taking pantoprazole for high stomach acid and just recently stopped taking citrizine because my PCP said it may be causing my fatigue…
but idk, i’ve never experienced fatigue and weakness like this in my life. i am 22 years old. i should not be glued to the bed or the couch the way i am. it’s impossible to go to work some days. i’m ALWAYS tired. i exercise regularly and eat well. i typically am very energetic. now i get sleepy on the road after driving for 10-15 minutes. i recently fell asleep for a split second on a 5 hour road trip which has NEVER happened to me before (i’ve done this road trip several times before on ZERO sleep) and it scared the sh!t out of me.
is this typical for something like gerd? i just don’t know what to do or think anymore and my PCP doesn’t seem to know either or understand the severity of this
decided to take on a 7 mile order for $10 because it’s slow right now. app told me safeway retail pickup 1 item. i show up expecting a single bag with a few items. turns out it’s 6 cases of soda and a bunch of junk food. i was so irritated when i saw the employee pull out this cart. i won’t accept another retail pickup unless the pay is too good to pass. why do they lie about number of items??
i understand why DD doesn’t show you the pay for each individual order on stacked orders, but i wish DD would atleast tell you how much you’ll be paid if you unassign from one order in a stack if a restaurant is taking too long for example.
as im typing this im in a situation where i’ve already picked up someone’s food, and at the second restaurant, they keep telling me it’ll be another 8-10 minutes… mind you ive already been here for 20. it’s not busy in here at all either.
the whole order is 10 miles for 24$, but at this point, i could’ve made that quicker if i just did two separate orders. also, the other customers food is just sitting in my car getting cold. its not fair to the dasher or customer part of a stacked order. i dont want to unassign, drive 10 miles, just to get paid like $5. and have wasted all this time sitting here.
i recently started taking pantoprazole for high stomach acid, and around the same time i started taking it i’ve been feeling SO unbelievably tired like never before.
getting out of bed and staying awake while still in bed is beyond difficult most days despite getting 8+ hours of rest. when i’m driving, after 10-15 minutes ill start to feel really tired and sleepy. i’m a 22 y/o woman. i’ve been able to take 6 hour road trips on zero hours of sleep with no issues at all. it’s driving me insane. could it be the pantoprazole??
my application gets denied because i “did not complete interview by x date”, but when i get on the phone to try and complete my interview, it tells me due to the large volume of calls, i can’t get serviced and have to try again later. and it hangs me up automatically. i can’t even get ahold of a person. i’ve been trying every single day.
i’m in arizona if that makes a difference. how on earth can i get through with the interview if the volume of calls is too high?
the other day someone in this sub made me remember i can turn off shop & deliver orders. and holy sh*t. the amount of stress that’s been lifted off my shoulders solely picking up & dropping off food without shopping is INSANE
