In my last post, i presented 2 possibilities for what would happen in snezhnaya regarding arlecchino and ronova but it seems like a lot of people misunderstood my post and to be honest i didnt get my point across in the way intended so here is (hopefully) a better attempt to get my points across. One of the evidences regarding the connection between the crimson moon and ronova is in the book perinheri where he sees the crimson moon turn around and it turns out to be a giant eye in the sky which is the avatar of ronova however the book itself is considered unreliable so what other evidences are there? In the book the fall of the faded castle during the time of remuria a dark spirit in black robes shows up and destroys the place and a blood moon shows up in the sky. This is basically just like what happens in khaenriah during the cataclysm. Ronova shows up, the crimson moon rises in the sky then she punishes the khaenriahns. Some people in the comments pointed out the connection between the crimson moon dynasty and the iridescent moon which would not contradict the connection between ronova and the crimson moon because sonnet and the iridescent moon died and their authority of death was given to ronova. If the crimson moon has no connection with ronova then why would hoyo bring it up twice in two books and why would it rise above khaenriah during the cataclysm? Sonnet died during the war of funerary flame thousands of years ago and her soul was stuck in the abyss domain until columbina took the moon marrow. It doesnt make sense for her to be responsible for those events. Its totally possible that all of this has been retconned but i really hope its not because then the nodkrai archon quest would make a bunch of more plot holes than connect the missing pieces.
in her story quest she makes it clear that her goal is to use the project stuzha to bring back the crimson moon maybe the crimson moon dynasty even. And we know for a fact that the crimson moon is related to ronova probably because they both wield the power of death. so there are two possibilities either arle will side with ronova or she will side with the tsaritsa and kill ronova so that herself becomes the avatar of the crimson moon like how sonnet was in the past. this second possibility would make more sense since she is now in the possession of iridescent moon marrow. but the question is why would she think the businessmen and dignitaries (pantalone and pulcinella) would oppose her? what would be their motivation to stand against her plan? if it turns out arle will inherit ronovas powers of death its possible the ultimate plan is take out the shades one by one then facing phanes will be the grand finale. there is already enough setup for that with columbina having the trilunar authority/the frostmoon marrow and lauma having the eternal moon marrow.
How will they wrap up the story once we get to snezhnaya? Will they pretend like the fatui hasnt been going around teyvat doing war crimes and all sort of fucked up shit? Hoyo has been avoiding the inconsistency of having the nicest best characters (columbina) being in the same organization as human experimenter and child groomer (the pants colonial officer). I feel like it will either be the most amazing master piece hoyo has ever cooked or the biggest dog shit meme of a story ever.
P.s. the pants ghoul isnt actually that bad since she was white washed and watered down morally but i just wanted to include her because pants slander never gets old 💀✌️

Now that weve seen sandrones animated short and how “ackchually she has always doubted the tsaritsas agenda” (retcon merchant) it has became pretty clear that hoyo and the writers either hate the fatui or they legit dont know what to do with them. 2 of the male characters are dead as far as we know (there are some theories but they are just that) and we all know pulcinela, pierro, and pantalone have no chance of becoming playable thats if they dont get slimed. The fatui girlies all conspire together and left or are on their way of leaving the fatui, so whats the end game? They all leave/die? And god forbid you complain about how they are treating the fatui and you get an angry mob screaming at you. Also dont mention things like ohhh they are evil when we have miss adolf hitler herself being glazed and given a sob story or neferyahu being treated like she literally did nothing wrong/ they even felt bad for her
What retcon? there are no retcons. So what if there are retcons? Genshin has been around for 5 years so they have to rewrite things. The fatui is an evil organization. So what if they are watered down to barely morally gray?… and the goal post keeps moving no stopping in sight
Whats hoyos obsession with showing the pants merchant as a tall figure towering over other people? 🥱🙄 in her boss fight shes literally hovering so that she seems taller than the traveler when in reality if you take away her heels she has a medium female body type. She literally seems like a hyper insecure guy doing everything in her power just to look tall.
In the winters night lazzo sandrone sounds much more nonchalant about signoras death, she says utterly risible in her monotone voice which means absolutely absurd or so absurd its laughable. She basically shows as little emotion as possible and based on everything we knew about her before nodkrai, she was this ruthless emotionless robot fixated on her works on machines, she even got a mans tongue cut out (which never came up again afaik). Then fast forward to nodkrai and all of a sudden she is this tsundere UwU girl and she lost all her aura then it gets worse in her animated short, we find out she is actually full of emotions and basically just another hoyo female character. Why did they have to make this change? It wouldve been so much cooler if she kept her cold robot girl persona they were going for but then again you could say that about pretty much all of the harbingers, as time goes on their writing and characterization seem to get worse and worse.
So now that we for sure see how close the bonds between these 3 were, how come there is absolutely no mention of the fact that traveler is personally responsible for the death of signora. You have arlecchino “travelers best friend”, columbina “ travelers gooner bait waifu and who wants to bet sandrone will soon join the harem. Yet not a peep about how the traveler is responsible for her death. Were they all fake friends anyways?
