Advice on Required Additional Form from Apartment Complex?

I sent my apartment complex my ESA letter from my psychiatrist. In response, they sent me an additional form that they are asking for us both to fill out. For his section, it’s asking about my diagnosis, requirements to have an ESA for this diagnosis, etc.

For my section, it’s asking about info for the dog specifically. One thing I’m super worried about is whether they can deny my dog based on the information I put here. One question asks whether this dog has ever been reported to animal control, or if it’s ever bitten anyone else. When we adopted him, the shelter told us he had nipped at his previous owner because they got in the middle of him and another dog.

I know I have to be honest on this form, but I’m worried that based on this information, they could deny my dog. Part of me wants to say screw it and just pay the pet fees and hope they allow him to live there because there are a ton of restricted breeds that live at my complex. If I do this, I don’t think they would find out about his history that the shelter told me. What should I do??

Need help understanding pet insurance for a new dog

We just brought home a new dog from a shelter that’s showing some signs of allergies. I need to take him to the vet to get his first initial check up, and also potentially get checked for allergies. However, I need to wait for pet insurance to kick in because allergies can be extremely expensive to treat (I know from past experience).

When I was looking at some FAQs for one pet insurance company this morning, they said they don’t cover pre-existing conditions, which includes anything that the dog shows signs of before the 14 day waiting period is up (from the date of signing up).

Meaning, if I took him to the vet after the insurance kicks in and told them they he’s shown signs of allergies since we brought him home, would pet insurance consider that a pre-existing condition, leading them to not cover any sort of treatment for that going forward?

What should I do? Obviously I want to take care of him and do what’s best, but I know that treating this condition is SUPER expensive and having insurance cover it would be incredibly helpful. That was my biggest regret with my last dog.

I’m a November 2027 bride and I’m currently hiring a planner. I’m trying to decide which plan would be best for me. Should I go with partial planning or full planning? If I go with partial planning, I can add on a full day assistant for full decoration set up, breakdown, and load out. So then really the big difference between full planning and partial planning would be that full planning includes budget tracking and event design (and a couple other things I’m not as worried about).

However, I’m super crafty and can make a lot of things on my own. My issue there is that I’m really indecisive, but I do have a lot of people to help me make decisions. As far as budget tracking goes I think it would be really helpful but honestly, it would put me in a worse situation with my budget if I hired her for full planning just so I could have budget tracking because that’s spending extra money that could’ve gone somewhere else… But she did say that if I did full planning, she would make sure that I don’t go over my budget at all and help me decide on what things I need to give a little on.

There’s so many decisions to make and I don’t know how to make them and I’m so lost and I don’t know how to do it.

I’m looking to get a new credit card for travel purposes. I’m newly engaged and want to put wedding expenses on the card so we can ultimately end up having enough flight miles for the honeymoon (as I’ve seen a lot of people do). But I don’t know if I want to go with Chase or Capital One.

I already have the Capital One Platinum card that I’ve had for a couple years, and it’s my only credit card. I have about a 730 credit score (recently went down after I had to buy a new car).

The only thing I care about is the flight miles. Whatever is going to get me the most bang for my buck, ya know??
