Are there any yin yoga classes on Apple Fitness? I really like the long holds for a good stretch.

I used to love CBC and I still love what it stands for. I see tremendous value in having a national public broadcaster that supports our unique Canadian culture, and brings together people spread across a wide geographic area.

However, I increasing find it difficult to support this organization having seen an erosion in the quality of their news programs and content. Even so, I’ve tried to maintain my support knowing the more disillusioned viewers turn away the more cuts will be made. Yet with every passing day I find this becoming untenable. The latest example is CBC’s reinstatement of the deceptive “Kars for Kids” commercials, initially pulled earlier this year. The America Jewish charity misleads viewers leaving the impression funds raised support children when in fact money goes to supporting Jewish matchmaking for young adults and gap-year trips to Israel for 17- and 18-year-olds. It is before the courts in California. There is no good reason CBC needs to air these commercials let alone during the National yet tonight I found myself subjected to the obnoxious jingle at which point I turned off the show and submitted a complaint, the latter of which I’m sure will go nowhere.

I truly want to see our Canadian public media company flourish in an environment donated by our neighbour to the South. I feel tinged with guilt turning away from the broadcaster I once held in such high esteem, and I grieve the loss of the uniting media entity Canada is losing.

We have a paper wasp nest under our deck. The wasps get in through the 1/2” gap between the wood floor boards but we’re unable to knock down the nest because the deck has metal sheathing underneath.

I can’t seem to find any locally available products that are applied in tight spaces with a straw - everything I see is a foam-style spray which we won’t be able to get between the floorboards.

We’ve tried spraying water to destroy the nest, squirting soapy water between the boards, squirting diatomaceous earth into the area, and a hanging bait trap.

Any ideas or product suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I've already sold 3/4 of my position and I'll likely sell the remainder, but I'm wondering what happens if I don't sell. Shell trades on the London stock exchange and my Canadian brokerage doesn't give me access to trade on that market. I'm still holding some ARC shares when the deal closes and I don't have the ability to trade on LSE will I just get paid out cash?
