Ok dads, how are we avoiding this kind of situation

This was done in a matter of like 5 minutes while I was in the bathroom. The almost 2 year old started it while the almost 5 yr old egged her on and found more markers for her to continue. We are about to get a new couch anyway, which will also be a bit cheap quality, but I can’t think about how to prevent this from happening again.

Me: I’m 39 yrs old

(pauses)

Son: Daddy, are you 9 years old or 39 years old

Me: I'm 39 years old

(pauses, starts counting on his fingers)

Son: Thats too many numbers.

Freaky Styley is so underrated

I started listening to more of the Hillel albums after watching the documentary, many years ago I had tried going backwards from BSSM but didn't enjoy anything at that time. Now I find myself obsessed with Freaky Styley, I find it the best among the pre-BSSM albums and comes fairly close to it in fact. Maybe I enjoy the funk and groove aspect of songs rather than the fast aggressive style of many of their other songs, and I can see how they perfected the funk and groove in their later mainstream fame era. Discovering their old music has been wild because I started only this year but I first Californication in 2001 loll

Hello we are traveling with my almost 5 yr old and almost 2 yr old to Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. We would be flying in to Tallinn, driving to Riga, then to Vilnius, finally flying out from there. These are the number of nights we are thinking at each city.

* Tallinn 5 nights (1st night is when we land so doesnt count)

* Pärnu 2 nights

* Riga 4 nights

* Vilnius 5 nights (the last night is early morning flight so doesnt count)

I read a lot of nice things about Pärnu for kids so thought its worth staying to explore properly, but if its not really worth we would skip staying there and just pit stop there on the drive from Tallinn to Riga and instead add 1 night to each of the cities. At Riga we are hoping to do day trips to Jurmala beach and Segulda.

Please let me know your thoughts on this itinerary and if theres anything I missed. Thanks in advance.
