Ontario judge sentences handgun trafficker to house arrest after mandatory minimum declared unconstitutional

Chiselled away a seeping hole and it crumbled away like dirt

It's a 95 year old house and the basement has some leaks. My inspector when I bought said it was silt or sand washing away over time.

I was chiseling these points to fill with hydraulic concrete, but this spot crumbled away like dirt, so I'm no longer sure if my solution will work and if this is a bigger job for somebody else.

I know the ideal solution is digging out the exterior and covering with membrane, but this was an attempt to avoid that since this wall is under the porch.
