i’m not sure what to do in this situation. i’ve never needed a doctors note for work before even when i was sick for an entire work week last month, my manager didn’t ask for a doctors note?.. i never call out of work besides then and i always make it on time, so there’s no reason for this. suddenly the “company policy” has changed. manager is demanding a doctors note because this morning i couldn’t make it because of a migraine.
i spent 20 minutes signing up with teledoc only to find out 1 phone call for a simple doctors note is $90. all because of a migraine. my manager is threatening to give me my “first strike” out of 3 before getting fired. is there anywhere i can get a cheaper doctors note or anything else i can do?

i forgot to put it in the fridge. should i risk eating it? i know it’s dumb but that thing was expensive

last night i had a nightmare so terrifying that i woke up yelling. i felt a horrible presence

so i was throwing my birthday party at my grandmothers old house (which i actually did in real life last week) and about 12 people showed up. eventually some of them mocked me and said “wow what a rager this is” because they thought the party was too quiet and boring. i felt bad and tried to turn the music up and make it more fun. well more people start showing up and oddly my mothers “plastic surgeon” and his wife show up to the party. my dream self told me they are just family friends of ours i guess, they’re not real people irl just dream characters.
the surgeon was wearing a suit and his wife was wearing a nice dress. they were completely emotionless, rich and proper looking. i sit down with them and talk about life, saying i’m going to move into this house very soon and we’re just chit chatting.
all of the sudden, the man’s eyes rip into the back of his head, rolled back as far as they can go, and his eyelids are kind of cut up. his mouth drops open and there’s a green eye inside his mouth looking at me. i scream, i can feel the eye is sucking out my soul or doing something evil to me. i stand up and start backing away while screaming, he’s not chasing me at all, just sitting and looking with his mouth-eye. i can tell that when i make eye contact with it, it’s taking something from me. i can’t look away at moments, but i know i shouldn’t look. i eventually run out of the house and run through every street on my neighborhood, just screaming from fear. i have no where else to go so i go back to the party.
i’m still terrified, the surgeon is still there with his wife but his face is back to normal. i just know someone else at the party is going to turn into a demon. i walk into a room and i see my own mother sitting in the dark, i can tell she’s about to turn into an eye demon like him and i get so terrified of seeing that face again that i wake up screaming before she can turn. i couldn’t fall back asleep for 40 minutes after.

i’m planning my first spell working with a plant and want to know if anyone has done similar work.
i want huge changes in my life starting with my personality, i’m a very quiet and monotone person and i want to become more outgoing and talkative to have better career and friendship opportunities, and be more charismatic and happy with myself. i want to create lots of luck, motivation, and positive life experiences.
the spell i’m planning will include planting a seed that represents me, doing a ritual with it, growing it in a pot, and eventually planting it on my property so i can continue to grow in these areas of life. my concerns are i won’t live on this property forever and im worried about what will happen to the plant, and what might happen when it’s cut down or dies. or what if i can’t take care of it properly?
has anyone done a similar spell or have any advice?

20f, i’m struggling a lot with figuring out how to make a living. i physically cannot do more than 34 hour weeks or i’ll break down every day, have lots of trouble with customer service, i can barely wake up in the mornings, and i need a predictable schedule. i’ve always been like this unfortunately. i’m currently a hotel housekeeper making $18/hr with an irregular schedule and 32 hour weeks.

i’m about to move in with my sister for only $600 a month but i know that won’t last forever. i’m looking for career/job ideas that meets this criteria:

-starts after 9pm or possibility to request that, or i make my own hours. no more than 4 days a week
-no degree required, but willing to do any certifications
-able to work only 30-35 hour weeks and still make enough money to live even if it’s frugally
-remote if possible but not needed
-maybe transferable somehow since i’m considering leaving the U.S

i’ve considered dental assistant which is probably not as flexible as i need, my own cleaning company which i’m open to but would take a lot of time and effort, and i’m very interested in remote jobs but have no idea how to begin.
please let me know if you have advice!!
