Appealing a deactivation
I have sent emails to customer care. Also to jeff@amazon.com and I have yet to get a response since been over a month. Is there any other way to appeal? I don’t have access to the app.

We have low pay, and not a lot of work
I was approved for everything the denied because I could not retrieve the birthing records from the birth of my son
The hospital destroyed them I am really sad. And I’m wondering is this a common thing that they require or if anyone else has ran into this issue?
And just so it just makes sense. They’re requiring what they called the Birthing records that show I did not have any issues giving birth not the actually birth certificate I have that
After they canceled the branch wallet, I exceeded my three attempts to attach my bank account since it wasn’t a major bank and since I had already had a one account, I could not set one up through spark and they could not link it. Therefore, I was deactivated for no payment issue. Has anyone had a resolution to this?
