Bought an electric commercial mower. It landed in the shop every 6-12 weeks with some kind of issue.
It's been in the shop now for over a year with no parts available from the manufacturer.
The company won't return emails, their support people are non-existent. They just won't reply.
I sent a letter to the CEO of the company - no response.
Mean Green Mowers was purchased by Generac a few years ago.
DO NOT BE FOOLED, THEIR PRODUCTS ARE JUNK AND THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEM.
Most of the parts are cheaply sourced from overseas and slapped together.
The mower bogs down in grass and needs to cool down on every cut.
The solar canopy never worked.
IDK what to say. If you have 35K to waste on a mower every 24 months, go for it.
Outside of that, run.

This one is just a good old fashioned Valvoline left the oil filter loose.
I couldn’t find much information on this unit prior to purchase. Just posting to confirm it works as designed to reset the maintenance reminder on a 2018 R1200GS. I did not try more advanced features but did see them as available. It came with the older style round connector as well.
