Toradol for back pain?

Prefacing this that I know it's dangerous for long-term use, and not great for kidney/liver/stomach, so I am not referring to every day use.

I've been to the ER for back problems twice in the last few months. I have a multi-level fusion and five surgeries, but a couple recent scares/issues. Both times I got toradol and it did wonders. No amount of naproxene, tylenol, ibuprofen, opiates, neurontin, etc. have ever done anything for me at all.

Has anyone ever taken toradol for breakthrough pain as a rare-occasion, as-needed basis? Looking into filling a script specifically for long flights, long car rides, concerts, or if I'm just in agony. Talking to my doctor next week, but curious to know if anyone has ever taken toradol "from time to time."

Is Ariza better than Zaragoza for the eclipse?

I've done some research but still can't figure out which is better.

I don't need accommodations, just a spot for viewing. Ariza looks to be 20 seconds or so longer than Zaragoza, and less crowded, but does it have enough open spaces towards the west?

And what about Burgos as another option?

Hayato LA difficulty

I've always read on this forum how it's almost impossible, not even worth trying. Just did my first ever attempt ("test run") and I pretty easily pulled a seat and saw several dates available as well. I threw the seat back, as I'm not coming to CA until the fall, but was this an anomaly?

For the record, at 12:00.01, Hayato's Tock did crash for a good 6-7 seconds, and I refreshed a few times and then got in, so maybe this had something to do with it?

Coming to CA this fall and wasn't even keeping Hayato on my radar on account of difficulty, but now I'm second guessing dedicating a night to it *if* I can pull another seat.

Your favorite Japan meals that are rarely spoken about on this sub

Kanjo. Just an unbelievable dining experience. Referred to as a duck (and soba) omakase, but it's more similar to a yakitori restaurant that serves a lot of soba and some killer dishes from start to finish. 6 or 7 seat counter in a small room with a great show. Duck nigiri. Just a lights out meal. I'm surprised by the lack of discussion on here considering it's generally booked out for several months. I got lucky with the only Tableall seat they had remaining for a time that worked for me. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a spectacular meal.

On another note, I am glad this sub talks about Ukiyo as much as it does, bc it's worthy of all the praise and the best lunch deal ever. I'm going for dinner next time, but I hope the lunch deal stays the same for next visit.

Question for anyone with surgery history who has had a *protruding* bulging disc

Is it normal to take months and months to heal, especially if I have several surgeries worth of scar tissue and a fused spine?

I am going on 3.5 months since injuring my L3-4, diagnosed with a small bulge with a disc protrusion which is causing indentation of bilateral traversing nerve roots and abutment of bilateral exiting nerve roots. Lotta waist line pain. In PT 2x a week, doing PT at home the other 3 days of the week, taking it easy on weekends. Making sure I walk plenty, but not too much.

I'm 3.5 months in and I've seen very little progress, so it kind of freaks me out bc I've been down the road of back injury -> not progressing -> never got better without surgery, but I am done with surgery.

I can handle the pain. I just need to know there's a light at the end of the tunnel. Has anyone else with a history of surgeries dealt with the same or a similar injury that just took forever?

Questions about cascais, praia da ursa, praia da adraga, sintra

A few questions if anyone can please help me out with my Lisbon day trip.

-Is my research accurate I can get ubers/taxis for about 20-30 euro from Lisbon to Cascais and then from each spot to the next, to Sintra and back to Lisbon?

-Are the gorgeous views of Praia de Ursa and Praia de Adraga easy to access, or am I getting driven somewhere nearby and then it's some tough terrain/hikes to get to some great photo spots? Should I skip one of these?

-Would it be easy for me to get an uber/taxi from stop to stop?

-What should I do and where should I eat in Cascais?

-Is it easy to get an uber back to Lisbon from Sintra after dinner?

Any other advice or anything I should know would be super appreciated. Thank you!

Chase Sapphire Reserve credits pulling from wrong credit bucket?

Booked a hotel that specifically states it's eligible towards the $250 annual credit for select Chase hotels. Just checked my available benefits and it pulled that money from my $300 travel credit, making it so I can't use that $300 credit towards a flight, which I was about to do, and with no plans on using any other Chase hotel credit this year.

Customer service said they'll take care of it, but has this happened to anyone else? Is this just a sneaky thing CSR does to customers in hopes they won't see it, as this minimizes the customer's ability to use travel credits, or is this uncommon?

Solar Eclipse Questions re: Zaragoza

I will be driving from San Sebastian to Zaragoza on the day of the eclipse and just had some questions if anyone can please assist.

I know no one here truly knows if there will be traffic and how bad it would be, but would you guess that leaving 3-4 hours room for error would be good with whatever route from Point A to Point B? I have a 12:30 res at Casa Julian and figure I'll be on the road by 1:30, looking at a 2.5-3 hour ride with no traffic.

From some Reddit research, do you think Maria de Huerve (south of Zaragoza) is my best bet? Looking for a good spot where there are no obstructions facing west for the eclipse. Essentially I'll just be driving from SS to a good spot to view the eclipse before heading back to Madrid right after, so I really just need a good spot in the path of totality. Food, accommodations, etc. don't matter since I plan on having a huge lunch and stopping in Zaragoza for tapas pending I have a few hours to kill.

Thank you in advance!

Do I need Lifelock if my credit is always frozen

I unfreeze it every year or two for one day to sign up for something or if I need my credit checked. Otherwise it's frozen.
