I'm prescribed both Gabapentin and Diazepam. I'm prescribed 900mg of Gabapentin (though I usually take 600) and prescribed 30mg of diazepam (though I only take 25 or less) my plan is to taper off diazepam eventually and reintroduce Gabapentin for the wds. But is this possible to CT with the help of my diazepam or would I experience WD? I've been taking both daily for 2 yrs
This was supposed to come today but it's stuck in NY for 25 hours without a scan.. last week I had a similar issue with a new air saver package getting sorted sorting delay and it came a day later, is there any chance this arrives tomorrow It's also next day air saver and going short distance NY to PA. The lack of scans for over 24 hrs worried me that it might be lost
Last week I had a nda package that said it was mis-sorted and it came the next day now I have another package meant to come today that is just sitting in NY (an hour away) is this likely lost or can I expect it to come tomorrow?
I wanna do a short term Sub taper but I'm at 450mg daily for 2 yrs dosing all day.. not sure if I can last the long transition period before I introduce subs. My powder usually has psuedo but I've been taking a powder with less than 1% lately (0.900%) so even with that amount I think I need to wait a long time. Am I safe to introduce subs tomorrow if I take my last dose tonight? I may just try and jump to leaf that way I don't have to wait. I need advice ;(
So I want to stop my 7oh usage tomorrow while I have a few days off from work.. my original plan is to take my last dose at night..but I just can't see me getting through the WD. I've only been through it twice and this was just from lowering my dose and it's so bad.. before I started taking 7oh 1.5 yrs ago I was taking leaf daily so my receptors never had any break. The closest I've got was around 12 hrs with the help of lyrica and kratom leaf.. it was still bad but manageable.
I recently learned about the Bernese method where you don't have to wait out the transition period and can still take 7oh and lessen it for a few days.. how can I go about this? I average around 450mg daily.
I'm conflicted if I should try to taper first off the 7oh, or use my comfort meds and kratom leaf to ride it through or should I try the Bernese method?? I can't fathom how bad the WD effects me and I never even felt the full extent of it.. not sure if I'm just sensitive or what

I've read plenty of posts where people claim Suboxone didn't work for them. Why is this? I want to switch to a brief Suboxone taper (max 4-7 days) but I'm terrified of it not working then being stuck in W/D with no 7. (I suppose I can get some backup 7 in case it doesn't work) I'm considering es R but I'd rather not spend the money on that since I got the subs free.. I'm a high dose user around 450-500mg a day. My powders contain 1.27% psuedo and the tablets I take is 2%. So I'm not sure if that's a problem before switching to subs.. and if should just buy pure 7oh before I transition?? I have plenty of comfort meds. Lot of gabapentin (which I already take 600mg a day) I'm prescribed diazepam and can afford to take extra doses if needed.. also have about 15 lyricas I've been saving for wd. Last week I tested how bad the WD was going to be since my package was delayed and it was terrible.. and that's even after dosing a few 30mg tablets before bed.. couldn't sleep and had excruciating rls.I would have tried subs already if it weren't for my job. I have Thurs, fri, & Saturdays off . Would I be able to stabilize on subs and be somewhat ok for Sunday and the rest of the week?
I know I'm rambling but I just nèed some guidance on what to do regarding switching to subs briefly 😢

I've seen a couple of posts of people who are taking small amount of subs while taking 7 still and then gradually lower their 7oh intake over a few days to avoid the waiting period. How can I do this?? I've got plenty of 8mg/2mg sub/bupe strips and Im a high dose user (450mg) I want to transition to the subs but my biggest fear is the waiting period or that the subs might not work.. so how do I go about this method? I take powder that has 4% psuedo and the tablets I've been taking has 2% psuedo.. would I need to switch to pure 7oh before doing this method?
