Would The Mandalorian and Grogu take place before or after Ahsoka season 1?

Thrawn’s return would be a pretty major turning point in relation to the Imperial Remnants. Given the film is focused around dealing with such, is there any indication that it has occurred by that point? No major spoilers, please.

“Frontier Justice” quest nearly impossible on ultra-hard for no reason?

There are only three human enemies! I’m wearing the Banuk Chieftan Adept with multiple ranged protection weaves *and* taking advantage of the Shield-Weaver appearance glitch, along with a health boost potion, and yet they still kill me in a single shot and take far too many to kill. I’ve spent more attempts on this than I did to take down three frostclaws! What is going on?

Say what you will about the High Matriarchs, but they do deserve applause for living so long

It is described that in order to be a High Matriarch, one must be a great-grandmother. At the time of the Intro Movie, Teresa was already one, and stuck around all the way beyond Ally’s proving. We don’t know at what age it’s common for Nora to have children, but given how much weight is put on it, I’d imagine fairly young. So, if we say an average of 20 years between generations, plus the 20 for Aloy to grow up, that would make Teersa, Jezza, and Lansra all at least a hundred years old! Which given their level of medical technology is crazy impressive!

L3-37, Solo: a Star Wars Story - A droid who strongly fights for droid liberation. This aspect is treated as an nuisance by the protagonists, and the idea of wiping her memory is thrown around, only spared by the navigational database she possesses. The film portrays her as a rather ridiculing caricature of third-wave feminism through her dialogue and personality. Her attempts to lead a droid revolution end up getting her destroyed, and her mind plugged into her captain's ship, just so her navigational charts could be used to serve her "masters" into eternity.

Hermione Granger and SPEW, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire - In the Wizarding World, house-elves are a species whose entire purpose is to be enslaved as servants to wizardkind. When Hermione attempts to start a movement to fight against this, she is met with eye-rolls and mockery by the protagonists. She is portrayed as profoundly naïve for her efforts, having been raised outside the magical community and not understanding how the world works. Her movement is called the Society for the Promotion of Elfish Welfare, or "SPEW," in case it wasn't obvious enough that this was created to be made fun of. J.K. Rowling later retconned Hermione into being Black, which makes this storyline's implications even worse.

Hi! My story has a few characters who communicate only in sign language, sometimes alongside speaking characters. I wanted to make the signed dialogue visually distinct from the spoken for clarity. As I’ve been writing it so far, signed dialogue is in italics like so:

They were coming down from the amphitheater, she signed, frantically, but they weren’t in the common house when Dawn arrived!

“Did anybody else see which way they went?” Taiga spoke gently, attempting to bring her energy down, but she continued whirling her hands about almost too rapidly to read.

They passed the gate but nobody closer than there has seen anything!

I just wanted to check whether this formatting communicates well. I know italics are often used for thoughts, but I’ve avoided direct internal monologues for that reason, as well as excessive emphasis. Is this okay to keep or should I just use standard quotations? Or perhaps a combination? Thanks!

Edit: Italics are a lot clearer in the serif font I’ve been writing in, but now I’m seeing it’s a lot subtler in this sans serif font.

I started working on this when my roommate and I began our full watch-through last semester, but she left before we could finish. I've kept it updated and now feel it to be more or less complete, though I still do hope to continuously refine it. I welcome anybody to make use of it or to offer their thoughts on anything they think I should change. A few notes:

- This was designed with story watchability in mind above strict canonicity. Some timeline adjustments have been made so long as they allow for a smoother flow and don't contradict the media itself. Flashback episodes are kept in place, except in anthology series like The Clone Wars and the Tales. Special thanks to u/blakhawk12 for inspiring some of the Clone Wars adjustments. The B/ABY year divisions are more so headcanon and simplification than strict dating.

- I included some things that aren't technically canon, such as the Tartarovsky Clone Wars mini-series, that still have canon-compliant elements that I think still contribute well. Conversely, I omitted some smaller things like a few episodes of Forces of Destiny that didn't fit cleanly. (they're all very skippable anyway) My roommate and I did watch the Ewoks films and Holiday Special for fun, though. They were painful.

- The Young Jedi Adventures, as well as the numerous creature and droid web-shorts are absent for their very different tone and pacing. You can look to Wookieepedia's timeline for a more complete catalogue, which I used as a general reference and also includes the comics and novels, which I didn't.

- Titles marked in yellow are fan-edits I've made combining or dividing pieces to contribute to this chronological format, so the release versions may not work quite so perfectly in their place. (I don't have these publicly available, sorry) Titles marked in red are as of yet unreleased.

- Titles are boxed into rough arcs, for recommended viewing together, (work in progress) and episode numbers are in alternating shades to indicate when it is necessary to go out of listed order.

If you have any questions or suggestions, please do share! Thanks for your interest! <3
