Hey, I’m currently a university student and really interested in getting into the HSE field. I’m looking for any internship or entry-level opportunity where I can learn and gain some experience. I’ve done a few HSE-related certifications on coursera like OSHA, risk assessment, workplace safety. I know I’m still new to the field, but I’m genuinely interested in learning and growing in it. If anyone knows any companies in Karachi hiring freshies or interns for HSE roles or even where I should apply, I’d really appreciate the help. Thanks a lot.

The heat these days is honestly insane. Makes you realize how much of a blessing even basic things like AC and cold water are. We really should be thankful to Allah for what we have. At the same time, remember there are so many people out there working in this heat all day, especially labors, bykea/indrive bike riders and delivery guys. If you can, take a minute to stop and get them some ganne ka juice or anything cold. It’s a small gesture but it means a lot in this weather. And no matter what, always say Alhamdulillah.
