[LF] Duck Villagers [FT] Millions of Bells

Greetings, villagers!

I've recently started a new island, OnlyDucks, and while my duck population isn't bad, it also isn't truly only ducks yet. Even my island's flag is a headshot of Mallary. While I am desperately attempting to force a move out on one undesirable villager at a time. This is just a request to give me a head's up in case any of you have a duck who is in boxes, moving out.

I could trade a couple million Bells in exchange if you'd like!
So far my current villagers include:

-Freckles
-Joey
-Ketchup
-Drake
-Weber
-Derwin

If you have a duck that's not listed above, hmu! In the meantime I'm going to be perusing eBay for affordable Amiibo cards. Cheers! :)

[meme] Galaxy FO: We can rebuild them, we have the technology...but we don't want to spend a lot of money.

What's causing my poodle to act skittish when my wife comes home?

Short history: between the two siblings, this sweetheart is more on the timid side. Doesn't like sudden noises, always thinks your cellphone is going to drop on her (ok that's happened) and even when she wants to be picked up, she sometimes scoots back.

None of that is a concern however, as we've lived with her since 4 months and treat and love her dearly. We know her. She's 6 years old.

Even though she's my buddy, she loses her mind whenever my wife comes home - they both do - but often when I come home, those jerks can't be bothered to get up from their squish spots in my wife's chair.

On to the last few weeks: sweetheart loses her mind when my wife comes home, as is normal, but once wife is inside she hides in the office with me where they hang out most of the day. Just her, no sister.

Then the last two days she's been clingy afterward, which she's never been. It's annoying because I'm trying to work still and she's pawing at me to pick her up. I dunno if she thinks that it's therefore time to lay down with me and get squished or what. My wife even gave her a bone yesterday but she wouldn't pick it up unless they were on the stairs together, then she brought it into the office.

Also when I have caved in and laid down on the bed or couch for her, she's still needy and is sitting on my chest and not really herself unless I lay fetal so that she has a nest to lay in (behind the legs. As you know, small dogs love a good nest.)

No, my wife isn't mistreating the dog.

Things we've tried to eliminate: it's not my wife's purse, or her water bottle, or the sound of the garage door closing, or even the wife in work clothes. It's been business as usual until the last 2 weeks. Fast forward during any other part of the day and our dog is fine. Doesn't seem to be noise- or visually-related.

Making a "watch out for snakes!" compilation and I'd love some help

Hey all! "Watch out for snakes!" became one of my favorite recurring gags in the late stages of the Joel years and into the Mike years. I figured I'd start watching the episodes from Eegah! on, in order to capture every instance.

The playlist on YouTube that I've been using for years, however, has some gaps as videos apparently got kicked off over time.

Here's the episodes I have with the line riffed back, in the order I could find them. I've finished the Comedy Central era and haven't started the Sci-Fi era because I already noticed some episodes were missing. To be honest I can't recall the line ever in the Sci-Fi episodes.

In order of appearance (pending any missing episodes from the playlist I referenced):

  • Eegah!
  • Mitchell
  • Teenage Stranger
  • Outlaw (of Gor)
  • Colossus and the Headhunters
  • The Starfighters
  • The Beast of Yucca Flats

Honestly I don't expect much help, but maybe there's an episode yall remember that would help me out. With the World Cup going on, I don't think I'll pick up the Sci-Fi episodes for another month or so.

Okay gang, we doing this? Also, Grimace.

Today I learned Grimace is a legendary player.

Anyway I got my breakfast on the fly because I saw this stupid promotion. I got Ronaldinho, but of course I would have preferred Pulisic.

I really don't like McDonald's though, so I can't see doing this enough times to either collect every one or do it enough to where I get Pulisic.

[rant] Things this town doesn't need any more of...

Sorry for the rant but getting some early morning errands done really brought my observations to attention:

• McDonald's

• Starbucks

• Car washes

• Condos

I live down the street from a Starbucks, which is across from a Starbucks, in the same shopping center of a Vons with a Starbucks. I see condos everywhere, poor downtown Newhall is congested enough without more of them, and I just read an article today of more planned housing at (I forgot where).

Every time I see new ground being broken, I get excited for something new, and yet almost always it's one of the above. I feel like I'm missing one or two options too, but my point remains.

Sorry. Old man rant over.

Received an email for this last night and found it curious. I never know how these things start, or the way companies know you're a part of something like those Google class action settlements etc.

Just looking for a show of hands, not expecting anything big from this but it sounds very early.
