Shits expensive, with the amount he was playing with the realm won't go into debt for years if she sold it

I've been experiencing sensitivity to cold drinks and air (dentist sprayed some air on the area and that was extremely painful) in a couple of teeth for a few weeks now and after an x-ray last week it shows there's some decay under 3 previous fillings. I've been told that the earliest appointment I can get is 20th of October. What symptoms should I look out for that would mean I need to go somewhere else for an urgent appointment?

There was like a billion of them wandering around the castle and then suddenly there's like none. Where did they all go? :(

So I've been told my lower left 6 and lower left 7 both need to have fillings, in my mind it seems to make sense to have them both done at the same time as that whole areas numb anyway. Would this be the best route to go or would it be better to get them done with a few days gap?

I know Wyll starts off as a hero style character but the thought of him being corrupted seems like a very real possibility considering his ego. Even in an origin run you can kinda start Wyll going down the path of potentially becoming evil after killing Karlach. It kinda seems like he's one pretty easy persuasion check off following an evil path if you allow/encourage him to kill Karlach. I doubt Mizora would disapprove either as long as she gets something out of it. Tbh it makes way more sense than Minthara on a good playthrough seeing as there's pretty much no chance of a redemption arc for her. Thoughts?

I added a message on my journal this morning before 9 mentioning that I won't be able to make it to an appointment tomorrow and asked if it's possible to re-arrange it. Nobody has replied yet and nothings been changed. What do I do if nobody responds to it or changes the appointment?

I sent a message to someone im meant to have a meeting with and as soon as I sent the message it disappeared and didn't create a new chat thread (not sure what its called) as as soon as I left that screen at the top was the last person I'd previously messaged before that with no sign of me even messaging the person. Is this an issue on my end?
