Object 934 when?

The Obr. 934 was a prototype amphibious light tank that was cancelled in favor of the BMP-3. Eugen can just make it where, in the Warno timeline, the USSR figured they need greater vehicle variety to sell more dlc. I mean fulfiil more combat roles.

As a follow up to my Scorpion post, here's one about "Forge's pet project", The grizzly

The Grizzly comes off like Sgt. Forge had the same thought I did, as well as some others in the comments. The scorpion is underpowered and has design flaws. This tank basically improves everything. It has 2 120mm cannons, 2 crew members, so 1 person doesnt have to do everything anymore, additional weapons like missle launchers, better protection, a turret closer to the front and lower on the hull, and more. Obviously, the reason this tank isnt in the bungie games is because it's basically Ensemble Studios fan fiction that Bungie didnt like. However, a lot of fans wish it was in more games than just Halo Wars and Halo Wars 2. It truly is badass. Scorpion tank on roids. Maybe 343/Halo Studios is afraid it might be op?

edit: Sgt. Forge didnt make the Grizzly; he just loved working on them. It was made by Chalybs Defense Solutions

Why is the Scorpion Tank dated by modern standards?

90mm cannon firing a heavy velocity HE tungsten shell, this tank can be easily defeated by a M1A2 Abrams tank from the 90s, which has a 120mm cannon firing depleted uranium shells. Its armor is also lacking. Ceramic titanium is dated compared to 3rd gen depleted uranium armor on modern abrams tanks. Why would they make a tank designed for the 2500's weaker than tanks from the late 1900's? It's 66 tons, so its def not meant to be a light tank. Gameplay shows the tank is pretty slow to move, turn and even aim for a tank, as well. There doesn't appear to be any optics, eiher. The user only has their naked eyes to detect threats.

5th Infantry Division (USA)

Known as The Red Devils, the 5ID were deployed in Panama in 1989. By this time, they were a mechanized infantry battlegroup. The division participated in Operation Nimrod Dancer and Operation Just Cause. Their organization consisted of Infantry, armor, calvary, field artillery, aviation, and air defense artillery regiments.

INF

Standard Army mech Infantry. Expect machine guns, infantry in M113s, reserveists, engineers, MPs, air cav troopers. The 75th Ranger Regiment was involved in the Invasion of Panama, making it appropriate for them to assist the division, as well.

ART

Pretty typical. The M109A2 155MM, M198 155M, the M102 105MM, mortars and MLRS.

TANK

The 5th Infantry Division transitioned from the M60 to M1A1 during fiscal year 1989. Due to this year not being over in Warno, it would have a mix of M60A1 and M1A1 tanks.

REC

The 5ID was part of the emergency extraction of Delta Force during the Invasion of Panama, so, it would make sense to have this iconic unit be part of their REC Tab. Deployable in a UH-60, or HUMVEE.

Others will be usual suspects, like M113 recon variants, recon humvees, recon helis, snipers, scout infantry and recon infantry in UH-60s.

HELI

The division had its own air calvary, aviation assault, and aviation attack regiments, so you can expect AH-64s and other typical US attack helicopters

AA

Usual suspects, like stingers, M163, etc. It had dedicated air defense, so it will have plenty of them.

AIR

The 5ID, being in Panama, will receive support from the Air Force with the likes of the AC-130, the F117A, which received its first combat missions in Panama, the F-15, the F-16 and the A-7 Corsiar II.

Where would it be good to post this?

Apparently, 163M out of 342M americans are part of the workforce; how come only half of americans have a job, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics?
