Wondering if you guys have these symptoms? Any ideas that work?
My anxiety has recently skyrocketed, I’ve been experiencing that feeling of a ball of energy in my chest, feeling super brain foggy or depersonalized, tingling in my extremities, frequent urination, shitty sleep, I don’t know how much longer I can take it to be quite honest, started planning on doing 30 minute walks daily so we’ll see if that helps, just looking for some support here tbh.
