Ruling on Ghusl for Wife after death?

An interesting topic I came across while speaking to à la Madhabi - Hanbali who accused the Hanafis for saying that they cannot do Ghusl for a women who passed away, by his husband, and I read it that ibn abidin said that the sounder opinion is that he can look at her, but cannot touch her. But on contrary if her husband died, she can wash her.

While he argued that it ends after certain period of time like after ghusl a husband can give her, that’s my question where do we get the ruling that we cannot perform the ghusl for her; although they say Ali did it for Fatima, and it was her wish (as stated in some sources)

The understanding I got from this is that

Either Ali radiAllahuAnhu did the preparation. While umm ayman oerformed it, or it was a specefix caaw to him.

Allahu Alam

I must say hanafi Madhab when you look at it from first glance ar any issues it gives you headabxe till you start realsijg the reasoning for such and such.

Its hard to comprehend 🥲

Marriage is Hard as a Hanafi!

Everyone whom you try to connect and know for marriage (who has same creed as you) but when it comes to Fiqh (Hanafi) they try to look down upon you, and they have belief that Hanafis are Sunnah violators and it’s weak Madhab and many more.

So yeah its a struggle to marry someone at this point.

Protecting the Youth From Misguidance and False Voices

Many people here post about Islamic matters, and then liberals come and start spreading their nonsense, which ends up planting doubts in the minds of laymen who do not possess enough knowledge about the religion. This is dangerous for the younger generation.

Pakistan is an Islamic country. Although liberalism has increased in recent years, the majority of the people are still Muslim. To protect our generation, it is important to stop the promotion of liberal ideologies that openly contradict Islam. One person here recently said LGBTQ should be openly discussed and advocated for, while at the same time saying Palestine should not be discussed because “it is not a Pakistan issue.” If someone chooses such a lifestyle for themselves, that is their matter, but they should not pollute the minds of the younger generation in our society.

If you have genuine Islamic questions, then ask qualified scholars who are capable of answering them properly. One major issue in our communities is that many people see someone who memorized the Quran or is called “Qari Saab,” and automatically assume they are qualified to answer complex Islamic questions. In reality, memorizing the Quran alone does not make a person a scholar.

Nowadays there are also many youth clubs, online personalities, and social media figures constantly speaking about Islamic matters despite not being properly qualified. Yet people still blindly listen to them because they speak confidently or have a following online. Protect yourself and your religion by being careful who you take knowledge from.

At the same time, people should not lose hope and think every religious person is fake. Islam has many great scholars and people of knowledge. The real problem is that due to ignorance, many people end up following juhhal (ignorant individuals), fake peers, and those who use religion for their own worldly benefits.

Islam clearly prohibits grave worship and associating partners with Allah. If Muslims properly understood the foundations of Aqeedah and the six articles of faith, many of these doubts and forms of misguidance would not spread so easily.

As Pakistanis, we have access to many respected scholars such as Mufti Tariq Masood and Mufti Taqi Usmani. For English-speaking audiences, there are beneficial speakers like Abdur Rahman Hassan. We also have senior scholars from Saudi Arabia such as Saleh al-Fawzan.

The issue within our society is that we make ignorant people famous while neglecting the actual people of knowledge.

‎السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته

I made a simple website for short sayings and reminders from the Salaf:

Still working on improving it, so I’d appreciate any suggestions or feedback on the design, features, readability, or anything else you think could make it better.
