monkey kid has a lot of good episodes, but not all of them are great, my personal least favourite is smartie kid, it’s complete filler other than Mk reunlocking his golden vision, which would be fine if it was in season 1 or 2, but the world is about to be destroyed, we have bigger priorities, also, Mk is horrible in this episode and really unlikeable, in most filler episodes he atleast learns a lesson in the end, but here, nothing.

I like season 1 of monkie kid, but I kinda feel like it isn’t the greatest start. it was definitely necessary to have the monster of the week adventures, but when I first watched it, I thought it was gonna be the whole show and I just went back to watching Ninjago. I did revisit it, but that’s honestly only because I saw and edit of monkey form Mk. I know a few people who watched the first couple of episodes and assumed that the show wouldn't be that good, missing out on the peak seasons like 3, 4 and 5. this really dawned on me when I was watching Danny mottas reaction and said “the show is really childish” or something along those lines. I’ll say it again, I do love season 1 especially with hindsight, but I don’t think it’s the best introduction.

ok so I recently bought the heavenly realms, and it was supposed to come on the 19th of June (my birthday) but it came 4 WEEKS EARLY so now I just have to stare at it whenever I go to sleep😭 IM GONNA GO CRAZY

Ok so monkie kid has been pretty hard to find but now it’s kinda easy. First 2 seasons and specials are on plutotv and the rest of the show is on happy kids, I’m pretty sure these websites are available in all countries but if not just get a free vpn like proton

Honestly at first I was just reading to get to the ruby and sapphire arc since I heard so many good things about it, but the yellow arc was so peak that I fell in love with the series

I’ve seen that a lot of people love this set, but just as many seem to not really care for it. its one of my favourites of the theme, but whenever I see a set tier list or something similar, it always ranks kind of in the middle?

Monkie kid has some great sets, but IMO celestial pagoda is one of the best. my only complaint is that the price in Australia is a little much, but so is every other set here
