Looking for advice on tightening up my groups when shooting faster

I’m a left-handed shooter using a Glock 45 with a Holosun red dot. This target was at 8 yards, shooting about as quickly as I could while still feeling like I had an effective level of control.
Most of my shots are staying around center mass, but I’m noticing the group tends to spread low/right as I increase my speed.
For those with more experience, what should I focus on to tighten this up while maintaining the same pace? Grip, trigger control, dot tracking, or something else? Any constructive criticism is appreciated.
I tend to hold the pistol with the thumbs forward grip and pressing my thumb on the abortive gas peddle portion on the frame in the gen 6 glocks.

Glock 45 Gen 6

I recently felt the need for something new and sold my kimber rapide which constantly had extraction issues and picked up this and the accessories afterwards. Have been carrying this around two weeks. I am used to carrying my xmacro and like this better so far even tho it’s bigger and has the same mag size. Currently have only been shooting with one hand as I just had should we surgery but excited to give it the full go. Anything to keep in mind with the ramjet? Planning to keep the trigger stock unless anyone has better ideas. Never bit the bullet on the gun sooner do to not liking the base of the trigger guard where your finger sits but now that is cut slimmer it’s exactly what I’m looking for.

Oscar can’t balance

Tested my water and all checked out good with low nitrates and no ammonia and 7.0 ph. No new fish or changes. Unsure why my Oscar has been like this starting this week.
