italian honda cb 125 x restoration, is it viable?

i've found this '84 honda cb 125 x on an italian website for 600 bucks, i'm 16 and i would love to get it and have a little summer project trying to restore it.

owner says it runned but it has now not been started for some years, he also started changing some stuff like the seat and opened the electronics so i don't know if he still has the little original side panels and seat, but anyway do you think it's too much trouble or is it possible?
