Refill order

I’m trying to refill on hair care. While making the refill request on the new portal, I get to the last page for asynchronous refill and try to submit my payment for the consultation fee, but can’t be brought to the last screen/ submit payment. No error message or anything. Submit button is just not clickable even though all fields have been completed and filled in. Anyone else? This happened last month for me on the old portal as well. I had reached out to customer support last time for the first time order and they just scheduled a live phone call for me. I eventually got everything in the mail about two weeks later, but I’m really not interested in going through that again. FWIW, I tried logging on from my phone, used different browsers and tried signing on through a computer. No luck at all.

Rigid provider review

I’m so excited that my mom wants to start her tirzepatide journey! However, since she’s in her early 70s and on a quite a few medications, I want to make sure her intake form goes to a telehealth platform with a strict, thorough practitioner review. Wondering if in others experience if Ola/Beluga or Pomegranate would be a better choice for someone needing a more rigid medical screening?

Anyone have issues with the portal?

This is regarding hair care. After I enter all my information and then click to pay the consultation fee it redirects me to a page saying “this link is no longer active”.

I’ll reach out to support tomorrow after the holiday weekend, but just found it weird and curious if anyone else got a similar error message.

Red Rock Delivery Timeline

For those still looking into timelines and those who didn’t order BPI:

5/2 - intake form and $75 fee submitted
5/3 - patient portal created (I had emailed for the link after 24 hours passed)
5/10 - visit summary received and remainder of balance paid
5/15 - received email from red rock that meds were shipping (no Pom update regarding meds)
5/16 - meds received

2 weeks start to finish!

During intake I didn’t upload my actual prescription, instead I had a screenshot from my previous telehealth company of the dosage, type and schedule. Dumb of me, but I didn’t even think of uploading a picture of my prescription bottle which probably would have been better. I finally got a copy of my actual script with my prescribers signature. Should I just upload it into the “documents” section of the charm portal or would it be better to email it to support?

Hi all! Just joined recently and given the delays, I’m curious how long it should take to see some updates in the charm portal? I had an asynchronous apt since my state qualified. Don’t want to email or bother the mods in here cuz I understand all the back log and the volume they must be at, but was curious on other’s timelines who were new patients. I already feel bad enough that I emailed to gain access to the patient portal. I thought the pop up on the website was regarding delays in shipments, now I realize it’s more or less the whole process. Thanks!

Curious to hear how the change in hormones during your period affected everyone while on tirz? Week before, during, right after? I know everyone’s different, just wondering everyone’s personal experience re uptick in food noise or a temporary stall of weight loss/ few lbs gained? Maybe no impact at all for some!
