How to manage my time/life better?

I am not sure if the title is an appropriate way to look at things but here it is...

I feel like my days kind of fly away from me most days.

I write out a to-do list the night prior and try to stick with it.

I often get all my tasks done, but it feels exhausting.

I usually have 5-8 main priorities for the day. It is usually a combo of work and personal objectives.

I am often working till 5-8pm nearly everyday.

Including weekends.

But I do work from home, so I often do other things like workout, play with the dogs, etc throughout the day.

Not sure of that helps or hurts my situation though…

So it's never a full on working non-stop type of thing.

I am self employed so most days I get calls, emails or un-planable tasks that pop up in my day.

Even my off days I am still lightly working or have to do something due to the un plannable events.

I am Just struggling with what to do, most days I feel like I am overwhelmed, maybe a bit anxious as well...

[Landlord - FL] - First tenant moving out.

Looking for tips and suggestions on things to look out for and do?

If there are damages, how do you handle things like doing the work yourself, or getting multiple quotes from others?

Tenant leaving lease early

Hello,

I have a tenant that stated they cannot afford the rent on my property anymore.

The lease was for a year, and we are only 6 months in.

The tenant has moved out already and said they will have all their belongings out in the next few days.

This month is already paid for.

So my questions would be:

1… How are things like their Security Deposit and last month’s rent handled at this point?

2… Any documentation I should send them now as they have told me this information?

I am going to contact an attorney as well, I just like to see what Peers have to say prior.

Why do people, more often than not, choose to answer only one question when you send them a numbered list? Whether it’s a friend, customer, or professional.

I have noticed recently that the screen will look like this first photo (screen burn) if I leave it for a few days and don’t use it.

I was able to get rid of this by holding the bottom button for 40 seconds.

But when I tried this today it just gives me a white screen.

It looks like it’s still turning on, because you can see the backlight come on in the 2 white screen photos.

Not sure what to do…?
