Chased support fo 16 days

Context: I bought a jacket and it was described as mint condition no holes or anything etc. Then I receive it in hand and there is 1 big hole and 1 little hole so I request a return. The seller agreed to the return and then when it gets to the locker he doesn’t pick it up, so it comes back to me. It arrived back with me on the 3rd of July. I started contacting vinted support on the day it was sent back to me (1st) and it arrived on the 3rd, I have been chasing support since.

I also tried contacting via the legal email but got no reply.

Any advice? Getting pretty frustrated with support

I applied for a job

I applied for a crew member job, had my interview a week ago and they said I would get a reply no matter if it is a rejection or acceptance in the next few days, but I have got none. Should I chase it up?

Don’t know what to do now

I’ve talked to vinted support via the app numerous times to no luck, they just keep either ignoring me or avoiding the question and saying “our decision is final” but they haven’t made a decision? On the bought tab it still says returned to sender so it hasn’t been marked as complete on the sellers end or by vinted. The return amount is £35 otherwise I wouldn’t be chasing it, is this a usual occurrence on vinted? I don’t get why they are refusing to refund me if the buyer refused to collect it I also emailed legal@vinted.co.uk (12/07/26) to have no updates as of now.

The item was sent back to the seller on 20/06/26, it arrived as his locker on 26/06/26, and the return to me began on the 30/06/26. It then was re-delivered to my house on the 3/7/26. A whole 12 days have passed since I got the item sent back to me, and yet Vinted still haven’t refunded me and are ignoring the issue

What should I do? I’m genuinely lost now

is the tax reporting based off the tax year?

all of a sudden, vinted keep asking for my NI number to fill in a HMRC form for tax reasons, however is it not due next april? for some reason its also counting my earnings from before april this year in it (including the total amount of sales)

Support just fully ignoring me what do I do

Some context: I bought a jacket and it arrived with a hole in (unsure why seller lied) but he agreed to pay the return. On the 26th it was delivered to his local locker and was not collected. It was returned directly to my house on the 3rd

Support last replied to me on the 3rd and have not replied since even though I have sent several follow up messages. Is this normal?

Did c.p company change the arm lens?

Edit: thanks for the help! The badge on the burgundy one is fake and the badge on the brown one is real!

I knew they changed it at some point, but I got 2 items scanning as legit but the arm lenses vary a lot (brown one is really flat and other one isn’t as flat)

Crewneck leaking dye?

I dont really know what happened, i washed my crewneck on its own on 20c for 30 minutes and some how the dye has ran from the crewneck onto the necktag, should i be concerned about this or is it a normal thing?

Re-dying garments

Recently got gifted a brown stone island sweater for free. Was wondering how I would go about readying jt as it has stains on it. It is a very light brown and so far what I’ve seen is to buy some rit black dye and just put it in and let it sit. Will it not bleed in the wash forever? Thanks
